Personal trainer Tevin Favor - who littered his Instagram with photos of A-list pals including Justin Bieber - is arrested over alleged sexual assault at Odell Beckham Jr's home

A personal trainer, who littered his social media profiles with pictures showing him with A-listers including Justin Bieber and Chris Brown, is in custody, accused of a rape that allegedly took place at the Arizona-home of Odell Beckham Jr. 

According to the Paradise Valley Police Department, the attack occurred between 3 and 5:00am on April 21. In a statement, investigators said that Tevin Favor, 32, was taken into custody on June 4 charged with sexual assault and kidnapping. 

Favor, a former Arizona State University football player, was acquitted of rape charges in 2020. 

In this incident, the victim, 20, told police that she was invited to a party at Beckham's home, northeast of downtown of Phoenix. Once there, she said that Favor supplied her with tequila shots, despite her age, reports AZ Family.

The woman said that the suspect told her to lie to the other party guests about her age. When she was drunk, the woman said that Favor was touching her butt, forcing her to repeatedly move away from him.

At one point, the victim said that she told Favor's girlfriend, who was in attendance, what was happening. That prompted his girlfriend to flee the party in tears. 

Later, Favor kissed the woman even though she told him to stop and led her to a bedroom. The woman said that the next thing she remembers was Favor on top of her, raping her. 

A friend of the victim said that her friend tried to get out of the room but that Favor wouldn't let her leave. Eventually, the woman was able to escape and she left the party in an Uber with a friend. 

According to court documents seen by AZ Family, Favor texted the woman after the attack and admitted to what he had done, apologized, asked if she hated him and asked her to keep the incident a secret. 

A rape kit was performed at a local hospital revealing that the victim suffered minor injuries. 

Police said that shortly after the party, Favor deleted his social media accounts and told the members of the gym that he operates that it was closing down. 

Various online profiles show that Favor is the owner and head trainer at the BL8TN gym in Scottsdale. 

It's not clear how or when Favor and Beckham Jr became friends. There are photos online showing the pair together from as far back as 2016 when the wide receiver was with the New York Giants. 

In 2022, Favor was pictured with Justin Bieber at Beckham's 30th birthday party in Los Angeles. Another online undated photo shows him with controversial singer Chris Brown. 

Favor has been held on a $150,000 bond in relation to his arrest.

This isn't Favor's first brush with the law. 

In 2012, he was convicted of assault, reported Fox Phoenix in 2018.  

In 2016, woman claimed that Favor raped her and recorded on his phone at a nightclub. The case was dropped when the woman refused to moved forward with her complaint. 

Two years later, Favor was arrested and charged with raping a woman in Scottsdale after the they went out on a bar hopping date. 

Afterwards, that woman claimed that she went home and Favor called her to say he wanted to see her and was coming over. The two talked in a bedroom and when that woman laid down. Favor raped her as he held down on her bed, she told police.

The victim told the police that after telling her to stop, Favor grabbed her throat and said: 'Shut the f*** up,' reported Fox Phoenix at the time. He stopped but refused to leave when the victim's friend entered the room, the victim said. 

Favor refused to leave when he was asked, the friend said. That victim called 911. When police arrived, he said that he and the victim were watching TV when they began kissing and progressing into the bedroom but he maintained they only kissed.

He was found not guilty of the charges in 2020. 

Just after his arrest in 2018, a woman came forward to allege that Favor manipulated her into giving him oral sex after pinching her nipples in a fast food drive-thru. 

Prior to the trial in 2020, another woman came forward to allege that Favor raped her in 2017 and in 2018 at his home. He was never arrested in that incident.

According to his Arizona State University profile, Favor is a native of Columbus, Ohio and attended Westerville South High School. He was on the roster for the Sun Devils but never played. Favor graduated from the school in 2016. 

At the time of his 2020 arrest, a woman who worked with Favor told Fox Phoenix about her experiences with him.

'He said point blank he only trains females.. he acts like he's a hot shot and knows all these famous people and has all this money.' 

'If I were to come out and say something happened to me, I would be afraid to, which is why I won't say my identity.'

'[He] says he'll give [women] a free session or whatever his pickup line is, then he posts the most revealing thing he can of them on Instagram so all his buddies can see.. oh another beautiful girl joined his gym.'

On the website for his gym, Favor speaks proudly about his work. 

'I have a passion for helping others achieve the goals they never thought they could reach. My motive is to make you think it's a party, rather than a workout.'

'I do this through the upbeat music and positive atmosphere maintained in the gym. Fitness should be much further than what happens in the gym, it should be a lifestyle,' he writes.
