Discussing her journey with the outlet, Myriam dished: 'As someone who lost 73 pounds and is continuing to work toward other fitness goals, I prioritize lighter, more satisfying fast-food finds to help me stay full.
'Luckily, eating lighter meals on the run doesn't have to mean sacrificing taste or convenience.
'By choosing wisely at popular fast-food chains, I can still eat delicious, balanced meals that support my taste buds and health goals.'
Her first choice of fast food dish that fitted into her regime was Subway's tuna footlong which she customizes to be packed full of vegetables.
'My go-to sandwich order includes lettuce, spinach, tomato, cucumber, pickles, green and banana peppers, and black olives.
'The finished sub is brimming with protein and fiber, keeping me fueled and satisfied,' the lifestyle influencer divulged.
Myriam said that to make the meal go even further she only eats half at a time - saving the other for later.
Next up, was the Filet-O-Fish from McDonald's which she claimed is 'packed with protein.'
Myriam explained that she was also a fan of Panera's Mexican street-corn chowder which comes with a sandwich
Last but not least for Myriam was Taco Bell's black-bean Crunchwrap Supreme - described as a 'gamechanger'
The foodie admitted she often still orders a side of fries to accompany it because 'it's all about moderation, not deprivation.'
But that was not all that is available to dieters at fast food chains because Myriam explained that she was also a fan of Panera's Mexican street-corn chowder which comes with a sandwich.
She heaped praise on the soup-sandwich combination which offers the feeling of comfort food without being too calorie-heavy.
Chipotle's vegetable-loaded bowl is also a favorite diet dish for Myriam - as she branded it as 'super budget-friendly' and a 'flavor-packed meal I can feel good about.'
Elaborating further, she shared: 'I usually order a bowl, which is a treasure trove of fiber from rice and beans. I also love adding a burst of flavor with salsas and vegetables.'

She concluded: 'I order mine with tomatoes, lettuce, guacamole, and protein-rich black beans and top the meal with tangy avocado-verde salsa and hot sauce.
'It's perfect when I'm between meetings or errands and need a quick pick-me-up.'
