A group of hot springs resorts in the U.S. are competing for the title of best thermal resort in the country - and an East Coast property is winning.
USAToday is currently running its 10Best Readers' Choice awards wherein every week, a list of nearly 20 businesses in certain categories vie for votes as the "best of" their category over 28 days of polling.
At the end of the 28 days, the business with the most votes is named the best on the outlet's website.
According to the current leaderboard, some of the top resorts are in Colorado but the most loved is in East Coast's Virginia.
