A Florida council meeting erupted in laughter after a very inappropriate comment was blasted across speakers as a middle-aged woman stepped up to the mic.
The bizarre moment happened on Tuesday during a Seminole County Board of County Commissioners meeting in the city of Sanford.
Before the meeting started, the chairman, Jay Zembower reminded those in attendance to silence their cell phones.
About halfway through the hour meeting, Zembower introduced Community Service Director Allison Thall to the podium to discuss the affordable housing annual report.
During a Seminole County Board of County Commissioners meeting on Tuesday, Community Service Director Allison Thall (left) was brutally interrupted by an inappropriate recorded comment
As Thall, 61, prepared her presentation and introduced herself, a robotic male voice played out and said: 'Older women are often perceived as difficult to turn on.'
The embarrassing moment which appears to have come from a commissioner on the board, begins with Thall stepping up to the podium saying: 'Good morning commissioners, thank you.'
'Let me make sure I'm going in the right direction here,' she says as she fiddles with a small black remote in her hand and looks toward a screen.
After she gets herself situated, the director introduces herself, saying: 'For the record, Allison Thall, community services director-'
She is soon cut off by the random recording as Thall's face turns serious before she and others start laughing.
One woman screams: 'Whatttt? Say what???'
Thall continues to chuckle as she asks: 'Are you talking about me?'
Audience members are seen laughing and talking about the shocking moment amongst themselves before Commissioner Lee Constantine looks at Thall and says: 'That was a good presentation!'

Meanwhile, Zembower is seen placing his hands over his mouth in disbelief while other council members can't help but laugh.
Someone then asks: 'Where did the at come from?'
Constantine replies: 'I don't know,' as Commissioner Amy Lockhart says the same.
'I will remember this day forever, forever,' Commissioner and Vice-Chair, Andria Herr, screams into her microphone.
Zembower then calls out Constantine saying: 'Would IT please deal with Commissioner Constantine's technology?'
'I think just deal with Commissioner Constantine. I don't think it's the technology,' Lockhart says as people giggle.
Lockhart then looks at Constantine and says: 'You had to have touched something,' as he replies with: 'I touched that' while hitting a button on a laptop keyboard.
Once laughs eventually die down, Zembower swiftly moves the meeting along and gives Thall a chance to speak again.
It appeared as though Commissioner Lee Constantine played the recording from his laptop while Thall (pictured) spoke
'Okay, Ms. Thall, let's try this again,' he says. 'And trust me, I'm certain this was not directed towards you.'
Thall replies: 'Okay, I'm not sure if I should say thank you or-,' as the room is once again filled with laughter.
'Wasn't sure where that was going,' Thall says.
'None of us were, we were all going, "stop it already",' Zembower says.
'That was great, thank you,' Thall says before moving on to her intended agenda.
DailyMail.com contacted Thall and the Seminole County office for comment.
According to the county's website, meetings are held on the second and last Tuesday of every month at 9.30am and 1.30pm.
