President Joe Biden watched multiple times a his misbehaved German shepherd Commander attacked Secret Service members, according to records from the security agency.

The documents suggest that Commander, who was sent away from the White House in February, was responsible - along with Major Biden, the first family's other German shepherd, who was rehomed in 2021 - for some 36 attacks on security personnel.

Members of the president's detail reportedly wished one another a 'safe shift,' before beginning work alongside the dogs.

One workplace safety monitor pushed the White House to consider muzzling the dogs, as attack after attack occurred.

Documents shared by Judicial Watch via a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit claim that the octogenarian president was present for at least three attacks involving Commander.

Biden also reportedly accused a member of his detail of lying about being attacked by Major early during his presidency.

Several attacks were revealed for the first time in the more than 100-pages of Secret Service records, including one that occurred in September of last year, when Commander bit through the suit of a Secret Service agent while the president was taking him for a walk in the Kennedy Garden.

In a report of the incident, the agent wrote that the president 'took Commander (on a leash) to the Kennedy Garden this evening for a walk.'

'While [Biden] and Commander were in the Kennedy Garden I was standing half way from the Book-Sellers [foyer] and the Family Theater.

'POTUS opened the Book-Seller door and said [redacted]. As I started to walk toward him to see if he needed help, Commander ran through his legs and bit my left arm through the front of my jacket. I pulled my arm away and yelled no,' recounted the agent.

'POTUS also yelled [redacted] to Commander. POTUS then [redacted]. I obliged and Commander let me pet him,' the account continued.

But then, 'When turning to close the door, Commander jumped again and bit my left arm for the second time. POTUS again yelled at Commander and attached the leash to him. My suit coat has 3 holes, 1 being all the way through. No skin was broken.'

Various images presented inside the Department of Homeland Security documents show the holes created by Commander in several agents' suits.

Also last September, following a different Commander attack, a sergeant with the Secret Service flagged to a colleague: 'FYI - there was a dog bite and the Office rmay need to go to the hospital.

'Have a safe shift!'

Days after that communication, a Safety, Health & Environmental officer with the agency wrote: 'Can we please find a way to get this dog muzzled.'

There were several prior, similar occasions, on which the president was with Commander when he bit an agent in the Kennedy Garden.

No documents show that Biden was present during Commander's most serious attacks, two of which saw uniformed Secret Service officers hospitalized.

In late 2022, an officer was treated at a DC hospital after Commander chomped down on their arm and thigh during a White House attack.

On a separate occasion in July of 2023, the poorly-trained first pup bit a female agent at the president's Rehoboth Beach weekend home.

That attack resulted in a 'severe deep open wound,' which was coupled with loss of 'a significant amount of blood,' requiring half-a-dozen stitches.

One month prior to that attack, Commander tackled an agent outside the East Wing and took a 'deep bite' into their arm, which also required stitches. That particular incident caused East Wing tours to be 'stopped for approximately 20 minutes due to blood from the incident being on the floors in the area.'

In October of 2022, a Secret Service technician said he was 'worried about the family pets behavior escalating and that …  something worse was going to happen to others'.

'The recent dog bites have challenged us to adjust our operational tactics when Commander is present - please give lots of room,' an assistant special agent in charge of USSS' Presidential Protective Division wrote to team members, according to the report.

According to Judicial Watch, which procured the Secret Service report, President Biden is allegedly not a caring pet own, sometimes kicking and punching his poorly behaved pets.
