The Mississippi Highway Patrol trooper fired for allegedly filming a sexual encounter with a female friend then circulating the footage without her consent has given her account of events - as DailyMail.com can reveal new details about both the incident and her accuser.

Court documents, obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com, set down Ivana Williams's robust defense and show that her accuser is 39-year-old mother-of-two and fellow MHP staff member, Brynne Fisackerly - a woman Williams regarded as a friend and with whom she maintained a close relationship for months after the alleged assault occurred.

Last week, Williams told DailyMail.com that she would never have been fired if she were a man, while insiders painted a picture of a police department riddled with sexual impropriety and double standards.

Fisackerly has brought an $11 million federal lawsuit for damages allegedly inflicted on her during the incident which, she says, she was too intoxicated to consent or fully remember.

Now, details contained in papers from December 2023, when Fisackerly filed for a restraining order against Williams in Rankin County Chancery Court, paint a very different picture.

According to Fisackerly the night in question took place in November 2022. She claims the women went out for drinks, she became intoxicated and, 'much of the rest of the evening was a blur.'

She stated that she, 'suspected something sexual had occurred when she woke up the next morning in bed without any clothes on.' And said that, 'While she had no real recollection of the exact events that took place, she did have faint memories of a sexual encounter between herself and Ivanna [sic].'

Fisackerly claimed that when she questioned Williams about the night, she told her she had 'recorded the encounter with her phone without…knowledge or consent.'

She claimed she heard nothing else about the video until May 2023 when Williams admitted that she had shared the video with her then boyfriend and that, over the next couple of months she learned that the video had been 'transmitted many times and many people either had possession of the video or had seen it.'

The account bears little resemblance to Williams's version which she backed up with a string of exhibits entered into evidence and seen here for the first time.

According to Williams the night in question was in January or February 2023.

She said that Fiskackerly invited her for drinks at a local oyster bar known for its 'cocktails, live music scene and party atmosphere' but that she declined and the two agreed instead to have dinner at 'an upscale [steak] restaurant.'

While at dinner the women were joined by two unnamed men. The four went onto Tico's Restaurant where they continued to drink before traveling to one of the men's homes in Jackson, some 10 miles from Brandon before heading to back to Williams' house.

Williams stated that during this drive that she heard the unnamed man say, 'If anybody's gonna get some p**** tonight, it's gonna be me.'

While all had been drinking, Williams insisted that Fisackerly was not impaired to the point where her body or cognitive capabilities were limited. In fact, she stated, Fisackerly was the 'aggressor' who made a move on her.

Williams then asked if she could video the encounter to send to her married lover, Brad McLendon, who is also named in Fisackerly's federal suit.

According to Williams, Fisackerly agreed. Williams then 'got up from her bed, retrieved her phone, and turned a lamp on for better quality video.' Afterwards Fisackerly stayed the night.

The document continues, 'The next morning [they] watched the video and the pair spent time together on Williams's couch until Williams had to leave for work.'

At the time Fisackerly was a board member of SIPPI Girls, a non-profit women's empowerment organization founded by Williams, and she remained firm friends with Williams long after this supposed incident.

Pictures seen by DailyMail.com show Williams and Fisackerly in a host of social situations with high profile figures many months after the alleged assault took place.

They were pictured happily posing together with Duck Dynasty alum Willie Robertson and his uncle Silas 'Si' Robertson at their West Monroe, Louisiana property some 135 miles west of the women's respective homes in Brandon, Mississippi.

Attorneys for Williams presented these pictures as proof of their client's claim that she and Fisackerly took trips together months after the alleged assault took place.

According to Williams the only person to whom she ever sent the video was McLendon, himself a former MHP trooper. She insists this was done with Fisackerly's knowledge and permission.

Williams later learned that her lover's wife had found the video in his deleted messages, a fact she shared with Fisackerly.

One well-placed source told DailyMail.com, 'It was only after that that Brynne started talking about any assault or being videoed without her consent.

'She was embarrassed, and she was trying to get ahead of the narrative by spinning her own story. This is Mississippi - woman on woman or man on man still isn't okay here.

'She felt humiliated, but the irony is she was the one who went around telling everybody about the thing she supposedly wanted to keep secret.'

Fisackerly filed a complaint with the Attorney General last November, one day after the story of the incident found its way onto a local gossip website. This complaint has not resulted in any criminal charges and Williams co-operated fully with the investigation that followed.

Her application for the restraining order case was dismissed with prejudice when Fisackerly failed to show up for a court date.

Williams was let go from MHP in February following an internal investigation in which she was also accused of viewing porn sites on her state issued phone and having an open can of beer in her patrol car.

In her appeal against this action Williams, who had a blemish less career in law enforcement and was regularly used for recruiting drives, denied both these claims and stated that her dismissal was retaliation for a complaint she filed in January over an unexplained transfer to a post in Bolivar County, 100 miles from the Brandon home she shares with her children.

She said the investigation was riddled with double-standards and bereft of any factual basis.

She told DailyMail.com, 'What I've been accused of just isn't true. There was no assault and if there's a video going round where is it? I know the truth and I'm confident that when this goes to court I'll win, and I'll get my job back.'

Williams said she could not comment further beyond describing the situation as a, 'she said/she said.'

Williams, who owns a gun store in Brandon, Mississippi, has filed a countersuit against Fisackerly and the department demanding $20million for the damage she says the allegations have done to her reputation and business relationships.

When approached for comment Fisackerly referred DailyMail.com to her attorney who did not respond.
