Older brother of millionaire real estate twins accused of sexual assault is dragged into new allegations by Oscar De La Hoya's accuser who claims she was gang-raped by all three siblings in 'coordinated attack'

Days after millionaire real estate twins, Oren and Alon Alexander were accused of raping multiple women, their older brother Tal, has been hit with a lawsuit in which he stands accused of raping and assaulting a woman in a 'coordinated sexual attack' that involved all three of the brothers.

Court documents filed in New York Supreme Court today and obtained by DailyMail.com accuse all three of the real-estate brothers of vaginally and orally raping complainant Angelica Parker in an assault that, she alleges, took place around the fall of 2012.

It is the second blow to the high-profile family in as many days as, last night, it emerged that Florida attorney Jim Ferraro has withdrawn his representation from Oren and Alon, both 36, after 30 women came forward with allegations of rape after the brothers were hit with an initial lawsuit brought by two.

But, according to the new suit filed by Parker, 'While news of the Alexander brothers' penchant for raping women has thus far focused on Oren and Alon, Tal Alexander has also participated in raping and sexually assaulting women, including Ms. Parker.'

In a complaint that echoes that brought last week by Rebecca Mandel and Karen Whiteman, Parker alleges that she was, 'raped by Alon and Tal Alexander, together, in a coordinated attack that was planned and facilitated by Oren Alexander along with his brothers.'

Mandel claims she met Oren and Alexander in 2009 at a now-closed club, SL, when she was just 18 years old.

She said she continued to run into the twins at parties and, in September 2020, bumped into them again at SL where Alon, 'intentionally drugged Plaintiff's drink with an unknown substance, resulting in significant impairment to her physical and mental being.'

She claims that the twins then took her back to their apartment where the assault occurred.

Meanwhile Whiteman has alleged that she was raped by the two in 2012 at a 'castle' in the Hamptons owned by Ivan Wilzig and known as 'Sir Ivan's Castle.'

She said she had met the brother in 2008 in New York and repeatedly declined Oren's requests to go out with him.

Today, Parker has become the first complainant to accuse Tal, 37, of participating in his twins' alleged crimes.

The New York-based model, formerly known as Angelica Cecora, previously made headlines in 2012 when she accused famous boxer Oscar De La Hoya of battery and false imprisonment in a lawsuit she would ultimately lose.

Angelica Parker, formerly known as Angelica Cecora, was known as the woman who sued famous boxer Oscar De La Hoya in 2012 for battery and false imprisonment in a legal battle that she ultimately lost

She was ultimately ordered to pay the boxer's legal fees as well as a $500 fine after a judge ruled her lawsuit was 'completely without merit.'

In her new filing against the three siblings, Parker claims that she met Oren on or around 2012 and that they had a brief relationship.

That fall, she states, he invited her to his Manhattan apartment where he lived with Alon and Tal.

She claims she went with a friend named only as YL. The twins 'asked them whether they wanted to take ecstasy. Ms. Parker and her friend said, no.'

The lawsuit continues that Alon made drinks for the group and began hitting on YL to an extent that made her 'uncomfortable and afraid' and caused her to leave the apartment.

After her friend left, Parker alleges, she was raped by Along and Tal 'in a coordinated assault that was planned and facilitated by Oren Alexander along with his brothers.'

Her suit states: 'That day Alon Alexander orally and vaginally raped Ms. Parker. While he was vaginally raping Ms. Parker, Tal orally raped M. Parker.'

Oren is accused of sitting and watching the rapes.

In later years, Parker said, she learned that the brothers had 'made various defamatory statements' about her, 'gratuitously telling her friends that they had sex with her, without of course explaining that the whole even was an orchestrated group rape.'

Lawyers for Parker have also accused Tal of attempting to 'get out ahead' of the filing by sending in an email to his employees June 16.

'It seems that the defendants in this action are already in the process of trying to victim shame our client because she has experienced more than one trauma in her life,' her attorney Michael J Willemin told DailyMail.com, referring to her prior case with De La Hoya.

'This is not a 'he said, she said.' Rather, according to reports, dozens of women have confirmed the Alexander brothers' predilection for sexually assaulting women.'

'Moreover, as alleged in the complaint filed today, it was well known among many people who spent time with the Alexander brothers that they frequently sexually assaulted women. We have no doubt that Angelica will prevail in this matter.'

Willemin went on to reference Parker's failed 2012 lawsuit, saying: 'If the sexual assault claims were brought today against De La Hoya, I am confident that they would not have been dismissed.'

Oren stepped down from, Official Partners, the firm he co-founded with his brother Tal, last week.

Two days ago, according to a statement issued by Parker's legal firm Wigdor LLP, 'On June 16, 2024, Tal sent an email to colleagues that said, inter alia, 'I have little doubt that given my close relationship with my brothers, at some juncture, lawyer or many lawyers will soon try to lump me in with the allegations against Alon and Oren'.'

According to Wigdor, Tal was aware of the imminent lawsuit in which he has been named when he sent this email in a 'public relations stunt designed to 'get out ahead' of today's filing.'

The statement continues: 'The reality is that is it the Alexander brothers' modus operandi to engage in coordinated group sexual assaults, and this is well known to many who spent time around the brothers.'

Willemin said: 'Today's lawsuit is intended to send a message that the law applies to even the very wealthy and well connected, including the Alexanders.

'We applaud Angelica's bravery in coming forward, as we have no doubt that the Alexanders will amass an army of PR reps and private investigators to launch a victim shaming campaign.'

A spokesman for Tal said: 'It is unfortunate but fully expected that shakedown artists are going to line up given the allegations against Tal's brothers. However, Tal has done absolutely nothing wrong, and anyone hoping to peddle outrageous lies in hopes of a quick payday are going to find themselves disappointed.'

Isabelle Kirshner at Clayman Rosenberg Kirshner & Linder is the attorney representing the brothers.

In a statement to DailyMail.com she said: We have reviewed the allegations contained in the complaint and deny them, as they are pure fiction. Based on our preliminary evaluation, we are aware that Ms. Parker is a professional plaintiff who has previously been sanctioned for making unsubstantiated claims.

'She has brought at least two other similar claims against two separate individuals. We look forward to presenting the facts in court.'
