A public relations guru has died after the balcony at her beachfront property collapsed.
Susan Farb Morris, 68, was rushed to hospital following the horrific freak accident in Galveston, Texas, last Friday.
Morris, who was known as the 'PR Fairy', died after the balcony came crashing to the ground ten feet below her - she died hours later from blunt force trauma.
Images captured by ABC13 show the remains of the structure laying crumpled around the rear of the property.
Earlier this week, city officials said they would be investigating her death and have asked building inspectors to check over the property.

According to the Jewish Herald Voice, Morris had been spending Father's Day weekend at the property with her husband David, her children and grandchildren.
Property inspectors haven't been to the home in over 15 years, with records seen by ABC13 showing it was last inspected in 2008 following Hurricane Ike.
Her family announced her death by saying she died from a 'tragic, significant fall and resulting complications thereafter'.
In an obituary by the Houston Chronicle, her husband David said his late wife had strived to live out the Jewish values of tikkun olam, meaning to help repair the world.
He told the outlet: 'It basically means that we have an obligation to leave the world a better place and endeavor to improve the world.
'That’s what Susan’s mantra was, wanting to make things better, one person, one step, one action at a time.'
Childhood friend Sara Speer Selber also told the outlet: 'Her closest of closest friends feel like they’ve lost a limb.
'This woman is one of those women that is not replaceable. That’s a common thread, is "I can’t imagine walking in a room without Susan being there".'

Morris had worked closely alongside art organizations and nonprofits during her time as a PR professional.
According to the Public Relations Society of America, clients and the media had described her as 'farbulous' for her work in the industry.
In 2018 she was named as one of Houston's 50 most influential women and coordinated a free arts showcase of talented people with disabilities.
For her mother's 95th birthday a few years ago, she organized a volunteering event to help feed 95 families in need.
A funeral service for Morris was held on Monday for her, as she left behind her husband, and two daughters Hannah and Shara.
Since her passing hundreds have paid tribute to her on her social media, and sent their condolences to her family.
