Gypsy Rose Blanchard has revealed the secrets to her flawless complexion - and all it involves is two sugar cubes and a bottle of honey.
The Munchausen-by-proxy victim revealed her skincare routine on a TikTok live recorded on Tuesday, sharing that she learned this particular practice while she was in prison.
In December, Blanchard, now 32, was released from Chillicothe Correctional Center in Missouri after serving eight and a half years.
She made headlines nearly a decade ago after she pleaded guilty to the second-degree murder of her mom, Dee Dee, who was killed by Blanchard's boyfriend at the time, Nicholas Godejohn.
Blanchard was sentenced to 10 years behind bars but, since her release, she has been making regular public appearances and trying to spread awareness about her story - becoming a rising star on social media while doing so.

The Munchausen-by-proxy victim revealed her skincare routine on a TikTok live recorded on Tuesday, sharing that she learned this particular practice while she was in prison
'You're gonna be shocked,' Blanchard prefaced in the June live video, which was recorded and posted by TikTok user @teaclipsandchisme.
She explained that the skincare method was something that she learned while she was in prison.
'I take a bottle of honey with me to the shower, and I take two sugar cubes, and I melt the sugar cubes,' she revealed.
Her boyfriend, Ken Urker, was sitting next to her during the live video, as she admitted that this was the first time he was hearing about her unique skincare routine, too.
'So, I melt the sugar cubes, but not to the point where they dissolve completely, and I rub it all over my face, because that's my exfoliant,' Blanchard explained.
'And then I put honey on my face, 'cause that is like, an anti-inflammatory, and so I call it my honey sugar facial scrub,' she said.
And, although her skincare routine may seem a little bit quirky, many TikTok users chimed in to defend her, writing that honey really is good for the skin.
'Honestly I'm an esthetician and honey is great for skin its in a lot of products,' one person claimed.

Gypsy Rose also learned how to create her own makeup while she was in prison, something that she revealed in another TikTok video last month

Another agreed, 'I've used honey in the shower for years lol I was so surprised that she said that. its (sic) great btw (by the way).'
'Damn that's better than the 10+ products all these girls be doing with no results lol,' someone else joked.
'That's actually a really good idea, sugar is exfoliating without being too harsh and honey is antibacterial,' one TikTok user typed.
But a good skincare routine wasn't the only thing she learned while in prison.
In a video posted to TikTok last month, Blanchard also revealed how she used to make her own makeup while she was locked up.
In the clip, Blanchard recalled using toothpaste and mixing it with ink from a pen to make mascara, which she would then apply with a toothbrush.
'Now, as you can imagine, oh my God, the minty-freshness that was on my eyeballs was burning my eyes,' she laughed.
'But I wanted to look decent and presentable, so I just did it.'
For an eyeshadow, Blanchard said that she used coffee grounds to get some color on her lids.
