Kim Kardashian finished the renovations on the $70 million Malibu mansion that was previously owned by Cindy Crawford.
The reality TV personality, 43, recently completed the modern updates and transformed the luxurious, sprawling beachfront estate nearly two years after purchasing the space.
The breathtaking mansion previously had a Mediterranean-inspired look, which she changed up for a contemporary, monochromatic design to complement her $60 million megamansion in Hidden Hills.
The Kardashians star — who was roasted by fans for her quirky woven braids as they compared her new look to Founding Fathers' wigs — began renovating her additional property in early 2023 and has now completed the transformation over a year later.
This comes shortly after her ex-husband Kanye West slashed $14 million off the asking price of his dilapidated Malibu mansion, which has been gutted and now sits in ruin.

The reality TV personality, 43, recently completed the modern updates and transformed the luxurious, sprawling beachfront estate nearly two years after purchasing the space
According to Architectural Digest, the estate was previously owned by the supermodel and her husband Rande Gerber.
In 2015, Crawford and Gerber bought the home, which the supermodel showcased in her 73 Questions video interview for Vogue in 2017.
One year later, they listed for $60 million.
It was purchased by Yellowstone actress Barret Swatek and her husband, investor Adam Weiss, in 2018 for $45 million.
They later listed the home for sale in March 2022 for a whopping $99.5 million.
In September 2022, Kardashian closed on the sale — taking out a staggering $48 million mortgage for the purchasing price of $70.4 million — and also gave fans a glimpse of the incredible space during an episode of The Kardashians, which aired last summer.
In the episode, she gushed over achieving her dream of owning a home in Malibu and told her younger sister, Khloe Kardashian, that she cried when she closed the deal.
She gave a sneak peek of the beachfront property, which was built in 1944 and boasts four bedrooms and six bathrooms in the dual-level mansion with 7,450 square footage of space.
She revamped the new property and changed up the roof tiles to match the monochromatic greige theme as seen on her basketball court and the massive driveway leading up to the mansion
She also changed up the landscaping around the house, on the surrounding hill and around the private staircase access to the beach
In her backyard, she switched out the tile for a lighter color, sleek design, which matched the bleached wood details of her updated cabana. She also added modern outdoor furniture surrounding her pool with gray coverings to match
An aerial view of the massive estate also showed how she transformed the Mediterranean design to her modern oasis with fresh gray paint and roof tiles. She also appeared to have repaved the driveway as well
Additionally, she added chic chaises and monochromatic gray chairs around the fire pit as well as around the wraparound patio so she could enjoy the breathtaking ocean view from multiple spots of her completed 'dream home'

The house sits atop a three-acre lot, which includes a tennis court, pool and spa as well as fire pit overlooking the ocean.
Additionally, the lavish backyard also features a cabana with an outdoor fireplace and a private stairway to the nearby El Sol Beach.
The entrepreneur began renovations at the beginning of 2023 and made changes to the wraparound deck flooring from a light-colored tile to a smooth concrete for a sleek and modern style.
Additionally, she added monochromatic outdoor furniture for lounging around the luxurious pool.
She also updated the space with a fresh new coat of paint to match the modern color scheme.
The SKIMS founder also updated the landscaping on the surrounding hill, adding taller trees and more greenery to her private oasis.
Those updates were completed that fall but then Kardashian decided to also change up the roof of her newly renovated home, which has now been finished.
Her trendy and sleek abode is located on billionaire's row and places her among A-list neighbors such as Leonardo DiCaprio and Neil Diamond.

In recent months, she switched out the Mediterranean style for a more modern look as she replaced the terracotta-colored, interlocking crown roof tile with light gray, smooth ones.
Ahead of the reality star's own initial renovations, senior principal of Harrison Design Jesse Harrison told the New York Post of some other upgrades that had previously been made.
'Our team and clients worked to transform the entire property into a serene, Zen-like oasis embracing the natural palette and materials of southern California,' he had explained in an article published at the time of Kardashian's purchase.
'In addition to a major refresh to the pool, spa and cabana area, the Harrison Design team also created a motor court, private parking area, interior entry courtyard, and relaxing outdoor space adjacent to the gym.'
