But, more recently, he candidly shared the exchange he had with one disgruntled customer who wanted him to return his $200 fee for cleaning four rooms.
Entrepreneur Kvontay admitted that he refused to send the money back - as he shared disgusting before and after photos from inside her house.

Kvontay took to his business account to post a carousel photo set of the text exchange he had with the client called Sylvia.
Following the appointment at her house, she sent an image of what appeared to be a very clean carpet as she queried: 'Is this how it was supposed to look?
'I didn't get a chance to see it as soon as you finished and my husband is saying it looks half-done.'
Kvontay responded: 'Yes ma'am, that's the best it was going to get, considering the condition. I went over it several times as well. Could you specifically tell me what your issue is?'
Sylvia said simply that it 'just doesn't look clean' - rather than citing any specific issues - adding: 'We don't have money to waste.'
The cleaning expert offered to redo the carpet but conceded: 'I went over it to my ability so it won't be much of a difference if I do.'
The client declined his offer, said that a full refund would be better and then chased to see if Kvontay had sent it.
It is unclear how much time had elapsed between the texts before Sylvia sent a further follow up that read: 'It's unprofessional as f**k for you to not send my money back, and just ignore me! I need my money back now!'
Other social media users were quick to heap on the praise for his work and urged him not to send any money back
But Kvontay had other ideas as he wrote back: 'You expect me to send you a full refund for a completed job? No ma'am. Have a nice day.'
The final text in the exchange, sent from Sylvia, read: 'I told you when you came in what I was expecting! And this is not it.
'Your unprofessional a** rushed through my carpet. My husband even said the [same] s**t!
'We could have paid way less elsewhere for this bulls**t. We don't have extra money to spend. You need to send my money back now.'
However, Kvontay got the last laugh by sharing shocking before and after images of the cleaning job - which showed drastic results.
And other social media users were quick to heap on the praise for his work and urged him not to send any money back.
'Her carpet was FOUL! You did amazing,' one wrote.
Another added: 'I'd be using this before and after as marketing, this is crazyyy! Carpet looks brand new.'
Someone else wrote: 'She can't be serious... you worked some MAGIC over there with that carpet.'
Kvontay did not specify whether he continued the exchange with the client.
But, following the widespread furor, he took to the platform once again to respond to requests that he show the other rooms he had completed for the customer in question.
'I saw y'all comments asking, "how did the other rooms look," lol. I didn't get the other two. I only got two,' he wrote.
'More pictures of client carpet that wanted refund. This was the baby's room.'
And the transformation looked equally as astonishing.
