A Starbucks barista has revealed the truth about the chain's most popular food and drinks - as she spilled secrets from behind the counter.
Hayden Shea, from Orange County, California, has worked at her local Starbucks outlet for a little over a year and is so far enjoying every minute of it.
The 20-year-old has already discovered a few untold secrets from behind the scenes.
And the revelations might surprise you.

The 20-year-old was quick to share her thoughts on some of the chain's most iconic drinks including the frozen strawberry acai refresher (left) and hot teas (right)
'Most of the drinks you are ordering are very watered down. In fact, there is more ice than drink honestly,' Hayden dished.
'You have to order light ice and/or no water to get your money's worth.'
She continued: 'Most people also think that we make the food ourselves but it's all frozen and sent to us by shipments every week.
'A lot of the time people also think we are not telling the truth when we say we are out of a food item but it's always true.
'The sandwiches take 18 hours to thaw and the pastries take three. So it's not as easy as going to the back and getting more but we wish it was!'
Hayden also admitted that there are a lot of drinks on the menu that never get ordered, revealing: 'One [of the drinks no one gets] is the frozen strawberry acai with crème base.
'It's similar to the strawberries and cream frappe but it's made with the strawberry acai refresher base as opposed to the strawberry puree that the strawberries and cream frappe is made of.
'We have the recipe card for it but it never gets ordered.'

Last year, another Starbucks barista Kate Mattson, 22, from London, also shared secrets after working at the chain for three months (stock image)
'Another one is the London fog tea latte. It's vanilla syrup with a hot black tea and milk.
'As mentioned before, the hot teas rarely ever get ordered but we have so many different options!'
Additionally, the barista also shared some of the strangest orders she has ever received.
'Once a customer ordered a grande matcha tea latte with 20 scoops of matcha powder,' she explained.
'A normal grande comes with three scoops. It was insane!'
Last year, another Starbucks barista Kate Mattson, 22, from London, also shared secrets after working at the chain for three months.
She claimed that both the small and medium sizes have the same amount of coffee in them – the only difference is the amount of milk used.
She said: 'Also, if you don't want to pay for syrup, just hang around at the end of the bar and be like, "Oh sorry, I meant to ask for syrup" or "Can I make it sweeter?" and the barista will just give you syrups - they don't care, they won't charge you.
'And if you order three shots, most likely you're going to get four, because they can only do two shots at a time.'
Finally, Kate claimed that a smile goes a long way, and that you should always be extra nice to your server to bag free items.
She added: 'Also, if you're nice to the barista, they're way more likely to give you free stuff - maybe a bigger size. You never know.'
