LISTEN: Stormy Daniels says she's the 'only person in the world' who could get Trump convicted in hush money trial

Stormy Daniels has insisted she is the only woman who could have gotten Donald Trump convicted at his landmark hush money trial.

The porn star, 45, told the Mail's Everything I Know About Me podcast that if Trump hadn't cheated on Melania with her in 2006, he'd likely have bedded someone else.

But Daniels says it was only their alleged encounter that would have resulted in a guilty verdict.

She explained: 'Do I regret coming forward and speaking out?

'Absolutely not. Do I regret going to that hotel room? Yeah. But you know what? Even that might've been for, if it wasn't me, it might've been somebody else that night who maybe, That would have a very different ending than right now.

'Somebody, he was gonna, I believe that he was gonna get somebody to come to that hotel room that night. 

'And what if he had, do you think that that would have resulted in a guilty verdict if it was anybody but else, anybody but me? Sounds kind of conceited, but I don't think that there's another person in the entire world who would have gone to that hotel room that night and had the experience I did. 

'That would have been sitting here right now talking about a guilty verdict... 

'And I don't think anybody else would have had, had the, uh, insanity perhaps to see this through. 

'I don't think anybody else would have gotten all the way to a guilty verdict. They would have cracked long before the chance of cracking on the stand.' 

Trump denies a one-night stand with Daniels after meeting her at a Lake Tahoe charity golf tournament while third wife Melania was pregnant with their son Barron, now 18.

In May, he was convicted of 34 felonies for paying Daniels $130,000 in hush money from campaign funds in a bid to buy her silence. 

Trump will be sentenced September 18.
