ABC left its viewers furious on Thursday night after opting to delay the ESPY Awards and show the entirety of Joe Biden's delayed NATO press conference.
Viewers tuning in for the 8pm awards ceremony on ABC were instead met with the President and his gaffe-filled speech on stage in Washington DC.
A message at the bottom of the screen told viewers: 'The ESPYs will be seen in its entirety in the east and central time zones following this special report from ABC News.'
Taking to Twitter, viewers fumed at the decision, with one writing: 'Bruh no one cares about this Biden dude, put on the f***ing espys!!!', while another added: 'WHERE ARE THE ESPYS??? Get biden off my screen please.'
The ESPY Awards continued at the Dolby Theater at the scheduled time, but viewers were unable to see it on ABC as planned, with the ceremony shown on a tape delay around 30 minutes later.

On stage in Washington DC, Biden mistakenly referred to Kamala Harris as 'Vice President Biden', before continuing to insist he is staying in the presidential race.
Earlier in the day, the bumbling president, 81, accidentally introduced Volodymyr Zelenskyy by calling him 'President Putin', before correcting himself.
The embarrassing flub in front of world leaders sparked gasps and those in the room had to shout the correct name.
'No, we're going to beat Putin,' Biden said, and blamed the blunder on being 'so focused' on defeating the Russian tyrant who invaded Ukraine two-and-a-half years ago.
One of his worst gaffes yet came in front of global allies and shortly before his pivotal 'big boy' press conference that followed a few hours later.
