Mumbai locals were left furious over billionaire Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's lavish wedding - as officials closed numerous streets in the Indian city to make way for their excessive entourage.
Anant, 29, who is the son of India's richest man, Mukesh Ambani, and Radhika, 29, are set to tie the knot this afternoon during what some think will be India's biggest wedding this year.
The festivities are set to take place all weekend long - and a slew of celebrities have jetted into the country to celebrate, including John Cena, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Nick Jonas, and Priyanka Chopra.
But residents in the area are unhappy with the commotion that the extravagant multi-day long event has caused - especially after police announced that multiple roads would be shut off to the public for the wedding.
'Due to a public event at the Jio World Convention Centre in Bandra Kurla Complex on July 5 and from July 12 to 15, 2024, the following traffic arrangements will be in place for the smooth flow of traffic,' read a tweet from Mumbai Traffic Police last week, along with a list of roads that would be affected.

Sonam Srivastava, who works in an office right next to the venue where the wedding will take place, told Business Insider that it has caused 'significant disruptions' to his job.
'This situation has forced us to reschedule critical client meetings and events planned for these dates,' he scathed.
'It's alarming that traffic in such a prominent business district has come to a standstill, causing significant inconvenience to businesses, for a private event.'
The Mumbai Police's post was quickly flooded with angry responses - and people were especially infuriated that they described the wedding as a 'public event.'
'Is Anant Ambani's marriage a public event? Why is normal public disturbed for someone's marriage?' asked one angry user.
'Since when [did the] government start [getting] involved in private events?' agreed another.
'When did a personal event of an industrialist become a public event? Is every citizen of Mumbai invited to this or a select few?' wrote someone else.
'Instead of putting the general public to inconvenience the organizers should have been told to reschedule this to a latter part of the day, maybe towards the night.'

'Billionaire's wedding ceremony is a priority. Public daily commute is not,' read a fourth tweet.
A fifth said, 'It's a private event not a public one. Making the public suffer for a private event, wow.'
'You shameless p***ks. It's a billionaire's wedding, stop inconveniencing the common man.'
Anant's father Mukesh, 67, runs Indian oil-to-telecoms giant Reliance Industries, and is worth more than $114 billion.
Radhika also hails from a well-off family, as her dad is the CEO of Encore Healthcare.
