A new era has begun for actress Cheryl Hines – but it's not one she is taking too seriously.
The potential First Lady of the United States proved she's a hands-on entrepreneur when she stopped by iconic Beverly Hills boutique Kitson to check on her irreverent line of candles
The Curb Your Enthusiasm star, 58, launched the new beauty line, Hines + Young.just a year ago in July 2023, when she and daughter Catherine Young, 20, unveiled their joint, eco-friendly cosmetics brand of skincare, body care, and candles.
And during her visit to the store late last month, the beaming actress was pleased to see business has been booming ever since, DailyMail.com can reveal.
'We just placed another big re-order,' storeowner Fraser Ross told a happy Hines, referring to the candles. 'My customers love them.'
The novelty candles, created exclusively for Kitson, come in white containers with wooden lids that are engraved with funny and sometimes downright rude messages, often with explicit and provocative language.

But the comedian seemed to appreciate the crude humor as she browsed through the collection and posed for photos holding up some of the cheeky candles.
Among those on display were, 'Rich As F**k', and 'Do I look like I fly economy?'
Commenting on the edgy products, Hines told DailyMail.com: 'These specific candles are not on our Hines + Young website, and I think anyone who comes into Kitson knows exactly what they're getting into.'
She then picked out a candle appropriate for her attorney husband of ten years that read: 'Trust me I'm a f***ing lawyer'.
Hines's visit took place after the first presidential debate on CNN, in which her independent party candidate husband Robert F. Kennedy Jr. wasn't included.
Instead, RFK Jr, 70, hosted his own debate event via a platform on 'X' as a way to participate in the discussion between President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump.
When asked which message candle she thought would best represent what she witnessed between the two candidates that night, a cheeky Hines knew just the one.
'Well, I don't want to get political. But can I say this one?' she laughed, as she held up one that read: 'I'm exhausted from other people being f***ing stupid.'
When a female fan approached her and said she had watched her husband's event on X during the debate she responded, 'Honestly, I couldn't wait until it was time for [Bobby] to talk.'
Hines had some fun checking out the different message candles and other quirky items on display, and pointed out which ones she would make perfect gifts for her friends.

When it came to her friend and husband's cousin, Maria Shriver, she selected a message candle engraved with: 'If you met my family, you'd understand'.
For her former TV husband Larry David, 77, she picked, 'Hold on, let me overthink this'.
Hines became particularly excited after coming across funny novelty books and greeting cards using friend and actress Jennifer Coolidge's image.
'I was in Groundlings [improv theater] with her, love her!' she told DailyMail.com.
When asked to pick a candle from her collection to gift to Coolidge, 62, she held up one that read: 'I have three moods: 1. What the f**k 2. Are you f***ing kidding me. 3. f**k this'.
The actress, who is best known for her comedy roles on television and movies, proved her irreverent and witty sense of humor is just as present off-screen, as she raved over some of the more offensive items.
'Oh this is so funny!' she told Ross, while holding up a 'See You Next Tuesday' needlepoint pillow.
'Believe it or not, some customers ask, 'why don't you have ones that say 'see you next Wednesday or some other day?' Ross replied, prompting Hines to let out a laugh.
The blonde mom-of-one was dressed to the nines in a black 'Sold Out NYC' top, silver faux leather skirt by STAUD, Valentino sling back heels, and a handbag by 'Surly Girl' she says she's had for at least 20-years.

Party Girl author Anna David even got the actress to sign a 'It's really upsetting how many people aren't dogs' gift she was buying for a friend.
'Can you personalize it?' she asked, 'Oh my God he's gonna freak, he loves you!' said David.
Afterwards Cheryl stayed on and signed more of the sustainable soy and cotton wick candles.
'These can be reused, it's not one and done. I know people put their jewelry in them, vitamins, you name it,' she advised.
Sustainability means a lot to her as the brand has partnered with her environmental activist husband's Waterkeeper Alliance charity founded 25 years ago that works to ensure clean, healthy and abundant water for all people and the planet.
Hines has been seen supporting her husband on the campaign trail in recent months after he launched his presidential campaign last year.
She was previously married to film producer Paul Young, the father of their daughter Catherine, 20, from 2002 to 2010.
After her divorce she went on to date RFK Jr in 2011, with the two marrying three years later on the Kennedy's Hyannis Port compound in Massachusetts on August 2, 2014.

'Honestly when I get home I light one of these candles and I get into a different mindset. It's a way to signal to my mind that it's time to relax and unwind.'
So why collaborate with the iconic but edgy Kitson stores?
'I've been a Kitson customer for over twenty years. They know what is going on in pop culture and what people want to buy for themselves for gifts.
'It's the kind of place I would have loved to have worked at back in the day, but I probably would have ended up spending my whole paycheck here!'
And, as First Lady, DailyMail.com asked the Hines + Young co-founder what American designers would she wear?
'Oh, I love Tom Ford, Kenneth Cole, Ralph Lauren and Veronica Beard. Veronica Beard stuff fits so well and you look so put together.'
