A TikTok user has revealed her disgust after claiming to find a dead mouse in her Mike's Harder Strawberry Lemonade can.
Horrifying footage posted online shows what appears to be a rodent curled up inside the empty drink.
The woman - who has since deleted the video from her account - claims she had already taken two sips of the alcoholic beverage.
She told followers the alleged incident made her 'feel sick' and 'left her shaking.'
The clip has now been widely reshared with social media users expressing their disgust - though some questioned the legitimacy of the video as similar incidents in the past have been debunked. DailyMail.com reached out to Mike's Hard Lemonade for comment.
A woman posted the now-deleted TikTok video this month after she discovered a dead mouse in her Mike's Harder Strawberry Lemonade can
The user claims she knew instantly something was wrong with the drink due to a foul taste which would not go away.
After dumping the liquid into the sink, she claims to have found the mouse curled up inside the empty can.
She said: 'It sounded like something was still inside, and so I looked inside with my little light, and there was a dead mouse...'
Itis not the first time shoppers have claimed to find rodents in energy drinks - though brands often question their version of events.
Earlier this year, one shopper claimed they found a rat inside an Alani energy drink.
Avery Wood went viral after she posted a TikTok video in response to the incident that made her feel like she was going to 'throw up.'
The original clip showed someone cutting the bottom of an Alani can and shaking it until a full-grown rat appeared.
Wood said it was the 'most rancid thing' she'd ever since seeing spiders in Stanley Cup quencher straws.
In 2010, Vitaliy Sulzhik slapped Monster Energy drink with a lawsuit after claiming to find a dead rodent in his can.
Sulzhik sued Monster's maker Hansen Beverage Company in 2011 and provided pictures and lab tests concluding the find, according to Fox News.
The shopper realized something was wrong after taking two sips of her drink and found the mouse after she dumped her beverage out in the sink
'I put it down, and I felt it was still heavy. So I backwashed it, and all this debris went into my mouth,' the drinker told the news outlet at the time.
'Then I looked in the can, and I saw the tip of the tail, and I vomited everywhere.'
The lawyer who represented the company dismissed the claims during the trial, and said it was 'virtually impossible' for a rodent to go into the can during manufacturing.
And Monster furiously hit back at the claims by alleging the mouse could have crawled into the drink while Sulzhik left it unattended.
A spokesman said at the time: 'We take all consumer claims very seriously and are committed to determining the truth. However, we wholeheartedly believe that this lawsuit is frivolous, unfounded and is nothing more than a shakedown.'
TikTok users who commented on the videos about Mike's Harder Lemonade suggested the shopper sue the company.
A TikTok user said: 'I’d sue them. I don’t care what anyone says. There is no way we can get a rat in a can with that little opening. This is just disgusting.'
But others speculated it was fake.
One said: 'They left it open and it crawled in. People do anything.'
