I scream, you scream, we all scream for... jewelry? At least that's what the team at Baskin-Robbins is hoping after the popular ice cream chain made a temporary move away from its signature product in order to launch itself into the world of designer fashion.

In honor of National Ice Cream Day on July 21, the sweet treat brand has teamed up with popular celebrity jeweler Susan Alexandra to launch a limited edition necklace featuring charms inspired by their most popular products.

The accessory - which retails for $131, around 37 times the average price of a single scoop of Baskin-Robbins ice cream - was unveiled online today ahead of the dessert-inspired holiday.

It features three charms - one in the shape of a Baskin-Robbins cotton candy ice cream scoop in a waffle cone, another that is modeled after the chain's signature pink spoon, and a third that pays homage to the Cappuccino Blast beverage.

While frozen treats offer a welcome relief in the summer weather, Baskin-Robbins explained that it wanted its latest product unveiling to offer a more permanent fix for any sweet toothed ice cream fanatics.

'This collaboration celebrates the joy of ice cream and the artistry of charm jewelry, offering consumers a delectable accessory to cherish,' a statement from the brand explained.

'Charm jewelry has been experiencing a resurgence in popularity, with fashionistas drawn to its nostalgic appeal and customizable nature. Each charm tells a story, serving as a wearable memento of cherished memories and personal passions.

'Baskin-Robbins teamed up with Susan Alexandra to create a one-of-kind charm necklace that gives ice cream aficionados an opportunity to show their love of sweet treats.'

The necklace, which comes complete with a Baskin-Robbins gift card, features three hand-enameled bronze charms perfectly placed on a bronze chain, with jewelry fans advised to treat the delicate piece with care.

Sharing the news of the launch on her Instagram account, Susan - who counts Gigi Hadid, Coco Gauff, and Pete Davidson among her celebrity clientele - shared images of herself modeling the necklace while celebrating the collaboration and its 'nostalgic' charms.

'Ice cream has always held a special place in my heart, and I am thrilled to partner with Baskin-Robbins to create this sweet collection,' she said in a statement.
