Horrific moment pervert leaps at Miami woman out rollerblading before sexually assaulting her

This is the horrifying moment a man sneaked up behind a rollerblading woman in Miami Beach before he dragged her away and sexually assaulted her.

The woman was rollerblading on the popular boardwalk when she was attacked on Tuesday at about 1am, as reported by 7News. 

The suspect, a black man who remains unidentified, approached the woman from behind, threw her to the ground and choked her as he pulled her into the shrubs, where he sexually assaulted her.

The jarring footage shows the victim trying to fight the suspect off but then appears to lose consciousness.

The victim reportedly was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital for treatment after someone called for help.

'This was a very, very heinous attack and our organization is taking this very, very seriously,' said Miami Beach Police Department Officer Christopher Bess.

Police say they are searching for a black man between 20 to 30 years old with arm tattoos.

He is about 5 feet, 8 inches tall and 180 pounds, with brown eyes and short black hair in twists.

Officer Bess added: 'We can tell the public is this was indeed an isolated incident. We have every resource of the Miami Beach Department investigative unit, boots on the ground, actively looking for this subject. 

'We do have great leads. There’s no doubt in my mind that we will locate, identify and apprehend this offender. We’re just asking the public to aid us.'

Police have asked the Miami Beach community for help in identifying and finding the suspect.
