An adorable dog named Lulu died after a UPS delivery man allegedly tossed a 55lb package over the fence - more than double the dog's weight - before driving off.
The driver approached Naria Harutjunjan's North Hills home, in Los Angeles, around 5pm on Wednesday and haphazardly threw the large brown box over the gate.
Surveillance footage shows the driver looking at the front door even crouching at one point after tossing the package, before he got back in his truck and drove off.
When Harutjunan went to pick up the delivery outside the front of her home she saw her pooch has been severely injured, and 'couldn't move anymore.' She and a few neighbors rushed Lulu to the vet, but sadly she had passed.
It is unclear if the driver was aware that the dog was there when he tossed the package over the gate. Harutjunana told local affiliate CBS News Los Angeles that she is looking into taking legal action against the driver, UPS and Amazon.

Before the tragedy, Harutjunan said she had let out her two dogs, Cookie and Lulu, and noticed that someone had come towards the gate.
After she put Cookie in the house, she returned to get Lulu and saw that she was severely injured.
She and a few neighbors rushed to the dog to the local veterinary clinic but learned that the pup had passed.
The devastated pet owner said she never heard the UPS driver ring the bell to alert her to the delivery.
A grieving Harutjunan told CBS: 'He could kill me. He could kill any baby playing here, or killing anybody else.'

She contacted UPS and Amazon, and the UPS sent a statement about their concerns.
In a statement they told the news outlet. 'We recently learned of the situation,' they wrote.
'We are certainly concerned and will contact the custome. We will investigate and take appropriate action.'
A heartbroken Harutjunana said she rescued Lulu about a year ago, and the pair were so close.
The last time they were together she recalled telling Lulu: 'I don't know, Lulu, why but I love you so much,' before she grew emotional, 'It was my last time.'
