A cosmetic injector in her 30s has revealed all the treatments she's done to keep her skin looking young - and which products are her favorite.
The secrets were shared in a recent video on TikTok by nurse injector Dawn Monteith, from California, who boasts over 86,500 followers on the platform.
Monteith posted the clip in response to another creator who had asked fellow women in their 30s what they were doing cosmetically for their skin.
'Girl, I just turned 30, and these are the things, injectables, skincare, skin treatments, that I've been doing up until this point,' the injector began.
The first skincare treatment Monteith spoke about was something that she's been doing since she was a teenager - using SPF every single day.
California-based nurse injector Dawn Monteith, who boasts over 86,500 followers on the platform, shared cosmetic procedures and treatments she has undergone
'If it's me, I am protecting the skin that I have, baby,' she exclaimed.
She also said that she uses tretinoin, which is a cream that helps treat acne and reduce the appearance of fine lines and dark spots.
'As we get older, our skin is changing,' she said. 'I don't know if you guys are noticing this as well, but it's just not as glowy as it used to be, my texture just isn't the same, so I'm using retinol to help combat that.'
The expert also noted that using Vitamin A long-term can improve your skin in the long run, too.
Next, Monteith shared all of the cosmetic skin treatments that she's had done, starting off with microneedling, something that she says she's done multiple times and absolutely loves.
Microneedling is a cosmetic procedure that involves poking tiny holes with thin needles in the top layer of your skin.
The treatment is supposed to stimulate your skin to produce more collagen, which can lead to a younger-looking complexion, according to the American Academy of Dermatology Association.
The nurse injector has also done chemical peels and the PicoSure Laser, which is a laser to help resurface the skin, something that she credits for her glowing complexion.

'Now, let's get to the injectables,' Monteith continued.
'I love my Botox, I don't care what nobody says, it makes my skin smooth, it makes it taut,' she revealed.
'As we get older, I feel like things start to kind of like, drag down, my eyebrows were getting flat, my eyelids were getting heavy, so it gives it a little brow lift.'
Monteith shared that she usually gets Botox injections, a toxin that is supposed to relax the muscles in order to keep wrinkles at bay, once per quarter.
She also gets filler injections.
'I recently got some in my cheeks, because, like I was saying, these just seemed to kind of fall downwards with gravity,' Monteith said, referring to the area below her eyelids.
The TikTok creator has also had filler injections done in her lips.
'I've always had full lips, so I'm not looking for bigger lips, but I don't want them to look shriveled,' she admitted.

Finally, Monteith revealed that she's done an injectable called PRFM, which concentrates platelets from your blood and gets injected back into certain areas you want to treat, like the under eyes.
'It is a one hundred per cent natural way to kind of thicken the skin underneath the eye, help with the crepiness, brighten it up,' she said.
'Whatever I can do to help just with the crepiness and texture of my undereye, I am obsessed,' the creator continued, noting that it was something that she wanted to get 'on top of' now.
In the comments section of her video, others also chimed in with what they've been doing to keep their skin looking young well into their 30's.
'Stay out of the sun - or wear a hat - drink tons of water - take your vitamins and collagen - and develop a skincare routine to CLEAN and MOISTURIZE,' one person wrote.
Another shared, 'Alternatives too are exercise, hydration and I use rose water/plant ceramide moisturizer. Coconut oil too around my eyes sometimes for extra hydration. I'm 35 and love this combo!'
'I'm 30, skin looks 22. SPFs, no alcohol, daily red light therapy, monthly facials, a lot of water and minimum sugars… I do retinol once a week,' someone else typed.
