TWO more Duggars and counting! Former TLC star Jed and wife Katey reveal they are expecting TWINS as they share double gender reveal

Jedidiah Duggar and his wife, Katey have revealed that they are expecting twin girls.

The couple, with Jed being the 10th oldest of the original 19 Duggar children including his fraternal twin Jeremiah, took to YouTube with a family vlog post in announcing the news of baby number three and four.

Katey and Jed, both 25, discovered the news during a routine ultrasound. 

They already share two-year-old son, Truett, and one-year-old daughter, Nora.

Jed already has close to three dozen nieces and nephews - but none of his brothers or sisters have ever had twins.

In other words, he's on track to be the first of the Duggar children to give his parents, patriarch Jim Bob, 59, and matriarch Michelle, 57, twin grandchildren.

After confirming Katey was expecting twins at an ultrasound appointment, the pair first broke the news to Jed's younger brother James over a video call on the way home.

They also enlisted James to help plan the gender reveal party, also making sure to keep it a secret that they were expecting for twins.

Katey also enthusiastically showed off stills from the procedure. 

Next up, Katey and Jed broke the news to their son, Truett.

'Mommy has two babies!' Jed told his son.

'Don't tell him, he will repeat that!' Katey interjected with alarm, wanting to keep the news a surprise.

'He won't, they won't believe him,' Jed reasoned.

For the gender reveal, the family wanted to keep it a surprise for as long as possible that they were expecting twins - and initially gathered in front of their family with just one balloon

To throw everyone off, they then pretended to accidentally let the balloon go, and called for a replacement to the one that was floating away

That's when Jed's brother James - who was the only one in on the secret - brought out two balloons, which at last tipped off the attendees that Katey was expecting twins

Patriarch Jim Bob and matriarch Michelle, 57, were in attendance and began radiating with joy at the revelation that they'd be getting twin grandchildren

Moments later, the couple popped both balloons, unleashing a cloud of pink confetti, indicating that they'd be expecting twin girls

Jed's twin Jeremiah was also captured holding his eldest, 19-month old daughter Brynley in his lap

Jed's older sister Jessa, 31, also attended the gender reveal

'Two babies!' Truett declared. 

The husband and wife then got around to planning the gender reveal party, determined to also keep the genders a secret from themselves until the event. 

'Due to some errors, we accidentally found out the gender of Truitt and Nora before we wanted to,' Katey explained.

'And so this time, we are locking it down!' she added. 

Jed also emphasized: 'We're gonna surprise everybody!'

When it came to the day of the gender reveal, many familiar faces from the Duggar clan could be spotted amongst the attendees.

Jed's twin Jeremiah was also caught on camera sweetly holding his eldest, 19-month old daughter Brynley in his lap.

Also spotted at the gender reveal was Jim Bob, 59, and Jed's older sister Jessa, 31.

It wasn't long before Jed and Katey summoned everyone to the backyard to watch as they popped the balloons, unleashing either blue or pink confetti. 

As the behind-the-scenes organizer for the event, James initially brought out a single balloon - which ended up being a fake out, as the couple pretended to accidentally let it go into the air.

At that, James brought out the two real balloons - which doubled as a signal to everyone present that Jed and Katey were indeed expecting twins.

Standing next to a gleaming Jim Bob in the backyard, Michelle yelped in delight at the revelation. 

'Oh no, twins!' she exclaimed, putting her hand over her mouth. 

Moments later, Jed and Katey popped the two balloons, releasing an explosion of pink confetti from each one, indicating that they were expecting twin girls.

The two then embraced before members of the Duggar family crowded around them in excitement, with Katey showing off the ultrasound photos.

'We love you, whoever you are, and you're going to be great!' Jeremiah said.

'Just being a twin, it's a twin club,' Jed chimed in excitedly.
