Donald Trump's putting form DIVIDES internet but ex-President still stuns Bryson DeChambeau on the greens

Former President Donald Trump's putting form has divided the internet, with some believing he is a 'crazy good putter', while others proclaiming he has some issues on the greens.

Trump's ability on the golf course was on full display Tuesday, as Bryson DeChambeau posted a YouTube video playing a round of golf with the Republican nominee for President.

DeChambeau's latest video series shows him in a two-player scramble hitting from the red tees, the closest to the hole, and trying to break 50-under-par for the round.

Trump was not close to perfect with the putter, but did sink the final shot of the video - a putt from about 12 feet from the hole.

Trump aimed the putt to the right, with the ball curling back and sinking into the hole.

DeChambeau was ecstatic at the make, falling to the ground in excitement at the pair finishing the round 22-under-par.

The video was seemingly recorded in early July at Trump National Golf Club Bedminster in New Jersey.

The 78-year-old Trump does not have a bandage on his ear from the botched assassination attempt from July 13, while DeChambeau is still feeling good about his win at the US Open in late June, not missing the cut at last week's Open Championship.

Trump also references his debate against President Joe Biden during the round, meaning the video was shot after June 27.

During the debate, Biden and Trump argued who was the better golfer between the pair, with Trump claiming that the 81-year-old Biden 'can't hit a ball 50 yards.'

'I need polling before and after the world has officially seen Donald Trump’s putting stroke,' one person said on X.

'There is exactly 0% chance that Donald Trump has ever broken 80. This is the putting of a dude with severe mental demons on the golf course. I have honestly never seen worse yips in my entire life,' another golf fan said.

'Donald Trump is a crazy good putter but has the wildest putting stroke I’ve ever seen,' one user said.

'Trump putting with a glove on is by far the biggest indictment on him that I’ve ever seen. You just can’t f*****g do it,' another person concluded.

Trump's appearance on DeChambeau's YouTube series preceded Biden's huge announcement at the weekend, which has likely left Trump to battle it out with Kamala Harris this fall.

And after the current president ruled himself out of reelection later this year, his arch-rival refused him any sympathy.

'Joe Biden is the worst president in the history of the United States by far,' Trump said 'There has never been a president who has done such damage to our country. From energy independence to letting in millions and millions of illegal immigrants.'

DeChambeau, who pipped Rory McIlroy on a dramatic final day at the US Open earlier this year, clarified on social media that inviting Trump onto his YouTube series was in no way a political statement.

Instead, for every stroke they scored under par, both he and Trump agreed to donate $10,000 to a charity which supports US veterans and active duty service members.

'To be clear, this is about golf and giving back to our nation's veterans, not politics,' DeChambeau wrote on X.

'A few weeks ago I reached out to both parties’ presidential campaigns and @realDonaldTrump was down for the challenge.

'It is an incredible honor to be able to enjoy a round of golf with any sitting or former president, and all have an open invitation to join me for a round of Break 50 anytime.'
