Paris Jackson has taken to Instagram to reveal the skin regimen that she's claimed has totally cleared up her acne.

The 26-year old daughter of Michael Jackson and Debbie Rowe was prepping for a photo shoot later in the day, and decided to document the skincare from which she's seen such great results.

'I'm going to do a little glowy situation. I'm going to peel the s**t out of my face,' she said, showing off a travel-sized Triple Acid Signature Peel kit from Shani Darden Skin Care.

'I've been seeing Shani for about 6 months now and she's completely changed my skin. Some of y'all know 'cause I was posting my acne a bunch last year,' Paris added in the caption.

'I love her triple acid peel and make my friends do it with me all the time to get rid of our dead skin cells and clear up congestion.

Paris proceeded to apply the peel.

'It does burn when you first apply it,' she said.

'Then it burns even more when you do the second step.'

That would be putting the Kaolin Clay Neutralizing Mask over the first layer, and leaving it on for 10 minutes.

After that time has passed, Paris rinsed if off with lukewarm water.

'And then I'll put moisturizer on my face, and some sunscreen,' she explained.

'And then I'll go to the shoot. And I will tell them not to put any products on my face other than makeup, because my face has already been prepped.'

Going through the other products in her routine, Paris listed off her staples as: Fresh Soy Face Wash, Tatcha Water Cream, iS Clinical Active Serum, and Elta MD Sunscreen - in addition to more products by Shani, including eye cream, oil free moisturizer, toner.

She went on to describe the top three things that 'made the biggest difference with my acne.'

First was the peel, which is 'what helped clear everything up.'

Secondly, what 'helped maintain the clarity' was the oil-free moisturizer - which she uses two versions of: the Shani Darden brand in the morning and the Tatcha at nighttime.

Thirdly, Paris claimed that using filtered water, and not straight from the tap, has helped her complexion.

'You can buy a little filter for your sink, and that's what I use ... Using good water is what prevents the big cystic underground acne,' she claimed.

Some dermatologists have speculated that 'hard' water - which contains higher levels of calcium and magnesium - can irritate the delicate skin barrier on one's face, according to Women's Health.

It's unclear to what extent, if at all, unfiltered tap water could contribute to the development of cystic acne, which is caused by infected build-ups of dead skin cells and oil underneath the surface of one's skin.

Still, Paris is convinced that using filtered water on her skin has been game-changing, claiming the switch has made 'the biggest difference.'

Later, Paris added that she also frequently uses a steamer on her face before doing the triple acid peal.

She further claimed that she's had friends over to let her practice the routine on them - bookended by 15 minutes under the 'red light.'

'And they're over the moon the next day because their faces feel like a baby's a**,' she concluded.
