An upscale Denver suburb has been left on tenterhooks after an infamous viral party planner announced a huge party inside a mansion.
The ticketed event, which costs between $20 to $30, is scheduled to take place on Saturday in Parker, having being promoted by organizer Mike 'Bando'.
The event is slated to feature Hawk Tuah girl Haliey Welch and rapper Nettspend, with Bando describing the event as the 'biggest, most luxurious party of the year'.
Bando is now infamous in Colorado especially after a party he was linked with in 2022 when the second floor of a home collapsed in on itself.
The home in which the party will take place is an Airbnb that charges $1,500 a night, and has strict policies that parties cannot take place inside the address.

Speaking to Fox31, Bando told the outlet that he had reached out to the host and coordinate a party at the rear of the property.
He said: 'These parties are allowed, you just have to communicate with the property manager and tell them what your vision is for the event and show them you are getting insurance, etc., and that it’s a professional event.
'There’s a barn with 75 acres of land and that’s where everybody is going to be and people are going to be outside by the pool.'
Party organizers are reportedly planning to speak with with neighbors this week about arrangements according to the outlet, in hope of a smooth event.
At the now infamous party in 2022 when the floor collapsed, no charges were ever filed despite police saying between 100 to 150 juveniles broke into the home.
Three people had to be transported to a local hospital, two with minor injuries and one with serious injuries.
The collapse also caused a brief natural gas leak which first responders shut off, with technicians also having to brace the home for fear of further collapse.
Local parents had previously told Fox earlier this year that they wanted the parties to stop.

Andrew Brodie and his wife had been skiing when notifications from their home surveillance cameras showed a teen climbing up a ladder breaking into their home.
Their daughter, her friend and another teen had been trying to get into teh locked home, causing him to call the police to stop the attempted break-in.
He told the outlet: 'When the police arrived, they were going to smash a window with a cinder block.
'They broke a key and my key lock. They melted a plastic spoon to try to forge a fake key.'
Brodie later discovered that the third unknown teen on his property had been Bando.

He added: 'People need to know about it. This is not isolated. It’s already happened to other people, and it’s not just the houses.
'It’s the teenage girls that he’s luring with drugs and alcohol and the downstream side effects of that.'
Speaking to Fox about the accusations, Bando said there was no alcohol at his parties.
Welch, 22, shot to fame over the summer after she used the term 'hawk tuah' to describe spitting as part of a sexual act during an on-street interview.
Her apparent appearance at the party over the weekend, will be the latest in a recent spat of public appearances which saw her appear on stage at a Zach Bryan concert.
