The credits of the video further confused fans as the final line reads: 'Introducing: Baby Violet Leika.'
At first look it may appear that Fox is announcing she had a baby secretly with MGK. But Megan has not appeared pregnant this year when hitting the town.
Then it is learned that the pregnancy is fake and the baby was an actor hired for the music video's storyline.

Jelly Roll's wife Bunnie Xo also makes a cameo in the video, which is an updated take on the John Denver classic Take Me Home Country Road.
In the video MGK and Jelly Roll are two men going through financial difficulties while trying to support their families.
It begins with the two of them dressed in black at a funeral before they go to the car garage they both work at.
'I probably could've saved us but instead I let us crash / Cause I don't trust no one to love me back / But she say I do and this is not the place for you,' MGK sings in the song.
'Lonely road, take me home, to the place, we went wrong,' Jelly Roll sings in the song's chorus, 'Where'd you go now, it's been a ghost town, and I'm still here, all alone.'
Later in the video MGK is seen arriving home and planting a kiss on Fox's lips and baby bump, before opening a 'Final Notice' bill.
The next scene shows The Dirt actor skipping a rock across a lake while the Transformers star stands on the banks of the lake visibly pregnant.
Jelly Roll – real name Jason Bradley DeFord – is then seen arriving home only to have his wife, Bunnie Xo, 44, present him with a letter reading 'Infertility diagnosis and management.
Last month, the Son of a Sinner singer revealed that they were undergoing IVF in an attempt to have a baby.
In the next scene, the two couples sit around a table holding hands and praying.
MGK says to Jelly Roll: 'I mean, there is a way we could solve all our money problems man.'

MGK is then seen robbing a bank and being pursued by the police before he kisses the Jennifer's Body star goodbye as he's arrested.
The words 8 months later' appear on the screen and Fox is seen cradling a baby in her arms with Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo, before taking the baby girl to visit MGK in prison.
The musicians, who are calling themselves KellyRoll, released the video on July 18 and hyped it up on social media, saying the song took '2 years, 8 different studios, 4 different countries' and they 'changed the key 4 times' before it was completed.

MGK and Fox first got together in 2020 and he proposed in July of that same year. Earlier this year on the Call Her Daddy podcast, Fox confirmed that they'd called off the engagement.
'What I've learned from being in this relationship is that it's not for public consumption, so I think as of now, I don't have a comment on like the status of the relationship per say.
'What I can say is that is what I refer to as being my twin soul and there will always be a tether to him no matter what,' she continued.
'I can't say for sure what the capacity will be, but I will always be connected to him somehow.'
