Sesser has persevered through a difficult journey to get to this point.
As a three-week old infant, she was reportedly found on the side of the road in Thailand by a woman passing by.
She wound up moving to Portland, Oregon, where she grew up with adoptive parents before getting into skateboarding in high school.
Sesser insisted that 'no one's grass is greener' as she continues to push the limits of her disability.
'Holding the position for 19.65 seconds was one of the most life-changing moments in my career,' she said.
'No legs – no limits.'
