'He brought his team to Dublin to ensure all details of the pub were an exact replica of what you see in Ireland,' listing agent Holly Lovell of @properties-elleven Christie’s International Real Estate, told the Wall Street Journal.

Kevin O'Sullivan's has a large counter that seats many and has enough shelving to stock a full bar full of your favorite liquors. It also has a small stage area where a band could play to entertain the patrons. 

Guests can also choose to sit in booths or chairs at small tables to enjoy a more relax dining experience and it even has a private room for a small party of patrons.

The bar area also features a study with a similar vibe to the bar with dark colored leather armchairs and warm lighting. 

Another fun part of the property is a staple in many millionaire's homes: A theatre. But this isn't just any theatre, it's designed to look like an old timey establishment with it's old-style marquee and movie posters hanging outside the door. 

Once you enter, it becomes more modern with a bar top concessions stand, featuring a popcorn machine and retro furniture. 

Inside the screening room, there are multiple couches to choose from and plenty of pillows for ultimate comfort.
