Today host Hoda Kotb suffered an epic wardrobe malfunction as she continued hosting the morning show live from Paris for the 2024 Olympics, which has been forced to postpone the men's triathlon because of Seine's water quality.

Hoda, 59, was live on air with her cohost, Savannah Guthrie, on Tuesday when she experienced her own Parisian drama as the yellow sundress she was wearing split at the side, just underneath her bust, and almost forced an entire outfit change.

However, one of Today's personal stylists, Kaitlin Vickery, came to the rescue and was seen using a stapler to fix the mother-of-two's chic midi-length garment in a mere matter of seconds.

Hoda quickly adjusted the matching yellow belt on the dress before giving Kaitlin a high-five and returning to her hosting duties alongside her good pal Savannah, 52.

Posting a video clip of the hilarious moment on Instagram, she captioned it: 'Wardrobe malfunction— nothing that a stapler can't fix! Thx @kaitlinvictory.'

And her 2.5 million followers were quick to comment on the post.

'Great hack,' one person said, while another admitted: 'Teacher here - stapler works every time!'

'I like the way you think lady!' a third fan wrote, while a fourth joked: '@kaitlinvictory gold medal for you.'

Referring to Hoda, someone else commented: 'The most realistic person! Love this!!' and another kindly added: 'She is the real deal. Love her spirit.'

The TV host is certainly living her best life in Paris and got the chance to meet some of the Team USA athletes on Tuesday, before she, Savannah and fellow host Craig Melvin welcomed Ina Garten into their temporary studio in the French capital.

The trio got the chance to tuck into fresh bread and French cheese handpicked by Ina, 76, before viewers got the chance to see Hoda and Savannah dressed as can-can dancers as they hung out with the cast of Moulin Rouge.

As the duo tried on the red, white and blue frilly skirts, Savannah moaned they were 'heavy' while Hoda admitted that she couldn't breathe in hers.

The ladies then got the chance to strut out on stage and attempted to do the all-important high kicks, but it didn't exactly go to plan as Hoda joked: 'This is so easy!'

As two of the dancers informed Hoda and Savannah that part of their act is also the 'iconic can-can scream,' the two hosts were forced to make some noise as Hoda claimed afterwards: 'It does release!'

Later that day, Hoda and Savannah met up with Craig as well as Al Roker to go and watch Moulin Rouge - and even got to meet the cast backstage before the show.

The foursome also welcomed three of the dancers onto the show on Tuesday morning and interviewed them live in front of the Eiffel Tower - as they joked that Hoda and Savannah were ready to join them onstage for a real performance.

'You guys are incredible dancers and athletes and great personalities, we had such a good time with you!' Savannah told them as Hoda praised one of the dancers called Ali for being an 'excellent tour guide.'
