A dental hygienist has revealed her daily oral hygiene routine, and all of the products that she swears by for a healthy smile.
And, even better, many of the products she recommends won't cost you a pretty penny.
The tips were shared by Tiffany Kim, who is a registered dental hygienist based in California, in a new video that was posted to her TikTok.
In addition to sharing her dental expertise on the platform, she also gives viewers a glimpse into her everyday life, style, and beauty secrets.
In this clip, she broke down her routine in a step-by-step tutorial, starting off with the most important step first: flossing.

For toothpaste, the dental hygienist said that she goes for one with fluoride in it, which can help protect your teeth from cavities (stock image)
Kim said that she chooses a string floss over pick floss for one simple reason.
'I love using a string floss because if you look at the anatomy of your tooth, it is very rounded, so I don't really love the picks,' Kim admitted.
She also added that you can use a water floss after you've gone through with a string floss.
'For those who are asking about water flossers, they are great, but they should not be your main source of flossing, I just think it's a great supplemental tool,' she explained.
Next, she of course brushes her teeth, either with the Oral B Electric Toothbrush, which starts for as low as $29.99, or a very soft-bristled toothbrush.
Kim suggested the $4 soft-bristled brush from Colgate, which she says is really gentle.
For toothpaste, the dental hygienist said that she goes for one with fluoride in it, which can help protect your teeth from cavities.
In the morning, she uses the $8.90 Euthymol toothpaste, which she swears by for getting rid of bad breath.
Kim also makes sure to use a mouth wash, like the $9.79 one from Thera Breath, and scrapes her tongue
'Go ahead, and brush your teeth for about two minutes or more, and be intentional,' she said.
'Don't just focus on the front part of your teeth, but also in the back and in the inside,' Kim instructed.
After a good brush, she uses a tongue scraper - a total 'must' in her book.
'You just want to go ahead and apply gentle pressure down and it will literally scrape off all the bacteria in your tongue,' she shared.
Strangely enough, tongue scraping comes with many oral benefits, like fresher breath, improved taste, and promotes good health in general, per Cleveland Clinic.
Kim explained that she likes to follow up with a mouthwash after scraping her tongue.
'If you guys want a gentle oral rinse, this one from Thera Breath is the best,' she recommended of the $9.79 product.
'I like to use it three times a week, but because this is non-alcohol based, you can use it everyday.'
And lastly, for those who wear retainers like Kim does, she suggests using denture cleaning tablets with a soft toothbrush to get them sparkling and fresh once per week.
