Chipotle got its revenge on a customer who took to social media to blast the chain over the quality of his recent order.

Trevor Wallace posted a viral video on TikTok complaining about his Chipotle order for a number of reasons, including the quality of the utensils provided along with his food.

He said Chipotle forks are 'soft and hard at the same time,' and called them 'al dentes' - but the video showed how he was given standard white utensils instead, along with a hard plastic bowl in place of the usual cardboard and metal bowl.

Chipotle trolled Wallace and sent a box of forks in a catering box with a note that read the restaurant chain did not want him, to 'go without an al dente again.'

'I don't give a fork about some forks! Give me my unlimited burrito pass,' Wallace shouted in his July 22 TikTok.

Wallace ordered his Chipotle bowl through Postmates on July 21 and claimed he tipped the driver 25 percent for a meal he called 'bowls**t.'

Wallace left his Chipotle bowl on the table after taking it out of the bag and claimed it was not the same as the 'OG.'

'It's not the same if you don't have a soggy bowl that leaves a grease snail trail on your counter after you eat it,' Wallace said.

He then compared the size of the Chipotle bowl to his hand, and said the store giving him a white plastic fork was the 'biggest disrespectful thing' it could do.

Wallace proceeded to ask about the Chipotle forks, which are black, and in the TikToker's words, 'al dente.'

He compared the white fork to a utensil he'd find in a breakroom while eating lunch and accused the Postmates driver of eating his real Chipotle bowl in the car.

Wallace continued his rant by saying his Chipotle order deserved a court case and claimed the restaurant chain's employees had lost their minds.

'Our intention is to always deliver a great guest experience, so we compensated Trevor with complimentary meals and an abundance of forks to correct our error,' said Chipotle Chief Corporate Affairs Officer Laurie Schalow in an email to DailyMail.com.

Wallace mentioned Keith Lee, a popular food critic who has trashed two meals he ordered from one of its locations.

The influencer posted a May 3 TikTok of himself tasting menu items from Chipotle after believing that the company had changed for the worse.

Lee ordered three items: a steak quesadilla, a go-to bowl with chicken al pastor, fajitas, corn, salsa, medium salsa, and sour cream, and a go-to burrito made of crispy tortillas, chicken, cheese, sour cream, mild salsa, and fajitas.

He gave the go-to burrito order a positive review but slammed the go-to bowl and steak quesadilla.

Lee claimed he couldn't taste any flavor when trying it and that everything was 'freezing cold.'

He added that it tasted like it was in a refrigerator and gave the $12 to $13 bowl a two out of 10 on taste and quality.

Regarding the quesadilla, Lee claimed the steak tasted like it was frozen, and that it had no flavor.

'They might as well have put it in a bag like the Costco chicken,' wrote a TikToker.

'I work at Chipotle, and not going to lie, we still have the black forks and regular bowls, so I don't know what this is,' wrote the alleged employee.

One person commented: 'As someone who works in a restaurant, they probably ran out of the normal stuff and went to a restaurant depot and got that.'

TikTokers also praised the restaurant chain's response, with some saying it was the funniest they had ever seen.

'I can only imagine the intern pitching this to the boss… "Hear me out; we send him a box of forks." "Do it." Gold,' commented a TikTok.

'Let's have a round of applause for Chipotle's PR team because I'm still cackling,' wrote another TikTok user.
