This is the dramatic moment a lawyer pulled off a dangerous stunt with a Ferrari on a busy highway in Argentina.

The driver of the 1997 Ferrari 456 GT could be seen looking to his right at the motorist who was filming him as he sped down a road in Bueno Aires on Thursday afternoon.

He accelerated from the second lane on the right to and to the right side before he suddenly spun the sports car around.

The driver faced oncoming traffic and found himself on the left lane, narrowly missing a collision with a motorcyclist.

The 1997 Ferrari 456 GT was impounded by the Buenos Aires police as part of an investigation after the driver, a lawyer and friend of the luxury car owner, was questioned for spinning the car around on a highway Thursday

In a matter of a second, he switched back to the second lane to right and started to speed away.

Authorities were able to locate the lawyer, whose name was not released, and impounded the vehicle as part of the investigation.

He appeared at a police precinct and was released after he was questioned.

Local news outlets reported that the vehicle belongs to Eduardo Peña, a 60-year-old businessman.

The Buenos Aires police seized the keys 

A person close to Peña spoke to Argentine newspaper Clarín under the condition of anonymity and said that the lawyer lost control of the Ferrari when he noticed the driver of a Peugeot recording him.

He said that the lawyer got scared and accelerated and was unable to control the steering wheel, causing him to spin around.

Records obtained by Clarín showed that the Ferrari has accumulated four fines for speeding.

The luxury vehicle registered two fines for $328 in the city of Buenos Aires and two additional fines for $617 in two cities in the province of Argentina.
