Zac Efron spoke out after being taken to a hospital in Spain following an 'incident in a swimming pool' at a villa in Ibiza on Friday night.
The High School Musical actor, 36, took to his Instagram Stories on Sunday to share a photo of himself working out shirtless, lifting barbells while lying on an exercise ball.
'Happy and Healthy, thanks for the well wishes,' the muscular matinee idol captioned the post.
The star's message comes after sources revealed to TMZ that the actor was 'found inside the swimming pool by two people working at the villa who pulled him out of the water.'
His representative confirmed to the outlet that Efron was hospitalized 'as a precautionary measure' following the 'minor' incident and is 'recovering just fine.'

He was released from the hospital on Saturday morning.
DailyMail.com has reached out to the former teen idol's representative for comment.
Efron's representative was asked why he needed to be hospitalized if the issue was merely a minor one.
In reply, the rep did not reveal why Efron needed to be fished out of the swimming pool, but once again stated the hospital visit was just a precaution.
Ahead of the incident, he joined Dutch DJ, Martin Garrix, on stage during one of his shows.
The Disney Channel alum has been spending time in Ibiza and Europe over the past few weeks.
Two weeks ago, he spent an afternoon on a yacht with pals in Ibiza after a recent getaway to St. Tropez earlier in the month.
The incident comes more than a decade after he 'shattered' his jaw after he slipped on a pair of socks while running at his home, which caused him to smash his chin into a granite fountain.

Zac (seen left in 2007 and right in a behind the scenes clip from A Family Affair) opened up in 2022 about his changing appearance, blaming it on a severe fall that 'shattered his jaw'
In 2022, he told Men's Health Magazine that he lost consciousness only to wake up with 'his chin bone hanging off his face.'
Efron said that when he was injured, the masseter muscles on the inside of his face and jaw then 'compensated' for his injury causing them to grow in size - hence his remarkable transformation.
He says this explains why he looked so different at the time. 'The masseters just grew. They just got really, really big.'
Following the accident, Efron has been at the center of plastic surgery rumors, but the hunky actor the star insisted that the changes are just the result of shattering his jaw.
The High School Musical star also claimed to not know that he was a huge talking point on social media and had in fact gone viral for his different-looking jaw, until his mother called to ask if he had gone under the knife.
'If I valued what other people thought of me to the extent that they may think I do,' he told the magazine, 'I definitely wouldn't be able to do this work.'
In April 2021, Efron started trending on Twitter after he was seen on a video for Earth Day! The Musical displaying a more prominent square chin and heavier jawline.
In the clip, Efron eagerly called Bill Nye a 'genius' after hearing that he and Justin Bieber were working on a fictional Earth Day musical.
It led fans to speculate that the handsome star had sought plastic surgery.
Efron's pal Kyle Sandilands had also spoke on his behalf - saying the Baywatch star would never do such a thing, comparing him to an oil painting by one of the Old Masters.
The Australian radio host, who has known Zac for years, shut down speculation during The Kyle and Jackie O Show at the time.

'I would know if he'd had any plastic surgery,' Kyle declared, before telling his co-host Jackie 'O' Henderson that 'of course' Zac hadn't had work done.
He then said it would be pointless for the High School Musical heart-throb to have surgery because he's already so good looking.
'It's like getting a Picasso and having a kid finger paint all over it. Why bother?' he said bluntly.
Last month, fans once again raised questions about his appearance after watching his new Netflix film, A Family Affair, alongside Nicole Kidman.
