Meanwhile, one US-based employee's bad day started before they even got to work, as they were trapped at home when their car got trapped in a huge block of ice.
And even charity shop workers are not immune to dealing with difficult customers: volunteers in one outlet were forced to stay late and tidy up after children trashed the store's toy aisle.
