A Maryland man was arrested for setting fire to a Domino's pizza using a container of feces - in what appeared to be a sort of sick revenge - after a string of auto thefts.
George Cook, 59, was arrested early Saturday morning for setting fire to the rear of the pizza chain at a strip mall at 400 block of Baltimore Boulevard.
A Domino's manager revealed to a deputy fire marshal that Cook became belligerent at the store earlier that week and kicked a trash can over when he was refused free food, Fox News reported.
A bystander had told investigators who were looking into the fire that Cook was seen at the Superior Car Care on Manchester Avenue earlier breaking into some vehicles.
Investigators linked Cook to other fires in the area that involved placing feces into bags or boxes before setting them ablaze. It is unclear if it was Cook's feces that were ignited.
George Cook, 59, was charged with second-degree arson, first- and second-degree malicious burning, and malicious destruction of property over $1,000, and faces charges of rogue and vagabond and theft under $100 by the Westminster Police Department

When firefighters from Manchester Fire Department arrived at the scene they were able to contain the blaze within minutes. There were no injuries reported.
The fire department asked the Office of the State Fire Marshal to investigate.
Meanwhile, a trooper assisting investigators caught Cook in the act of breaking into the cars and detained him before he was placed in custody.
The trooper detained Cook, who officials learned had been arrested by the Westminster Police for setting other small fires within the city over the last few weeks.
Cook was charged with second-degree arson, first- and second-degree malicious burning, and malicious destruction of property over $1,000.
