Moment drunk 'lawyer' is arrested for abusing staff at California restaurant - while cameraman offers campy critique of her outfit

A drunk 'lawyer' was arrested after allegedly abusing staff at a California restaurant, with one patron resorting to having a standoff with her. 

The unknown woman was caught on camera arguing with one other patron, Kay Breann, of the Bravo Farms restaurant in Visalia, California. 

Breann shared a video that was captured of her talking with the woman, who she claimed was 'drunk and belligerent' towards staff. 

According to Breann, the woman was arrested by officers following the altercation she had with the woman - causing the whole restaurant to cheer. 

In one final blow, a man filming the confrontation between the two can be heard critiquing the woman's outfit.

Two police officers can then be seen arriving on the scene, who immediately approach the woman

The woman can be heard repeatedly saying that she is a lawyer to Breann, who stands defiantly in her face. 

Breann tells her: 'You will not intimidate anyone on my dime. You will not. You better act right.'

The unknown man recording the video can be heard adding: 'How embarrassing for your firm, if you are a lawyer.'

The woman replies: 'How embarrassing for your everything', causing the man to pan up and down her outfit and hilariously say: 'We've got this, with those shoes'. 

Two police officers can then be seen arriving on the scene, who immediately approach the woman. 

Breann tells her 'you gotta go', before leaving. The woman then continues her tirade telling the officers: 'This is inappropriate, this customer service is inappropriate'.

The man continues recording and offering commentary, saying: 'You're a** is going to jail you psycho b*****. How embarrassing. Trash, trash, trash.'

In a follow up video, Breann adds that the woman was indeed arrested by officers inside the restaurant to the delight of fellow patrons. 

In her video she offered some back story, claiming the woman had been drinking at the bar of the restaurant and had been asked to leave after staff cut her off. 

Breann added: 'She started taking it out on the staff and on the customers. Shoulder checking people, filing herself, claiming that [the restaurant] was dirty.

'[Claiming] she's an attorney, she's gonna shut the place down, just being a nuisance and being a pain.  

'I sat at my table until things started to escalate, and she started to get more and more agitated, more aggressive. 

'And then when she was asked to leave by a staff member. She tried to physically assault this person. 

'So the staff were scared. You can tell that they were concerned. They were worried that, oh my gosh, is something going to happen to me, and that's where I stepped in. 

'Cops came, got her, arrested her, everybody in the restaurant cheered and clapped for them. They were phenomenal. They took care of the situation.'

She also claimed that the woman has since been identified and people have been messaging her saying she has done this previously.
