However, the listing in Harspwell has one major catch - it is just a garage.
But since the property is being listed for well below the $400,000 cost of a typical Maine home, according to Redfin, it could be the perfect project for a creatively minded buyer.
'We do have a person interested in it as a garage,' Listing agent Shirley Wedell, a broker with Coldwell Banker, told Bangor Daily News.
'The location is amazing It has access to water; that's almost priceless around here.'

The median house price listing in the fishing town of Harpswell has soared by 12.5 percent to $776,500 in the last year, according to Redfin.
On near-by Bailey's Island, a knock-down condition property was being sold for $375,000.
Low inventory combined with high demand has pushed out locals, according to select board chair Kevin Johnson.
There are currently just seven properties for sale under $400,000 in the area and just three rental listings, starting from $1,250 per month.

So far, the garage has amassed more than 2,000 views on the Zillow website in just a week.
