A disgusted TikTok user accused a CVS customer of opening a new ChapStick, applying it to her lips, and putting it back on the shelf.
Zeb, the TikTok user, posted a video on the social media platform last week and described the horror he felt after allegedly watching the customer using the product before she entered a checkout line.
The TikToker posted three other videos about the incident and claimed she did this with at least one other chapstick in the store.
Once the customer reached the register, Zeb took the ChapStick, gave it to her, and insisted she pay for it.
The ChapStick-using customer chuckled and smiled in line while watching Zeb call her 'sick.'
A TikTok user named Zeb was disgusted after he allegedly watched a CVS customer removed ChapStick from a box, apply it to her lips, and placed it back on the shelf
Zeb went into greater detail about the incident in the second TikTok video he posted last week.
He claimed that his wife began to freak out after she spotted the ChapStick user putting the product on her lips while they were in line.
Zeb looked over at the female customer and her husband and believed the two of them were stealing batteries before he caught her with the ChapStick.
'When I noticed she was putting something on her lips, and she put it back in the box... She actually hung it back up,' Zeb claimed.
His wife immediately grabbed the box and told a manager what happened before the customer allegedly opened another new ChapStick.
Zeb revealed that he brought the second box up to the register, and unlike his wife, he did not give it to a manager first.
His wife and the female customer argued in line, before Zeb and the ChapStick user's husband joined in on the verbal altercation.
Ultimately, CVS employees insisted the woman purchase the ChapStick box that Zeb brought up to the register, according to the TikToker.
He added that the couple did not apologize for the alleged chapstick mayhem, and if she had stolen the used lip products, he wouldn't have told anyone.

CVS has been under fire this year due to store closures and burglaries.
The retail chain has since implemented cabinets to lock up various items in their store, including ChapStick and other lip products.
'Organized retail theft is a big problem for us. They're coming in, and they're clearing shelves off and then reselling them,' CVS CEO Karen Lynch said in an CBS Interview last March.
'What I'm most concerned about is the safety of our colleagues and safety of our customers so we've implemented new safety measures over the course of the last couple years.'
Lynch added that she doesn't like that products are locked and knows that CVS customers don't approve of it.
He added that the couple did not apologize for the ChapStick mayhem, and if she had stolen the used lip products, he wouldn't have said anything.
Several TikTokers jokingly brought up Zeb's pronunciation of ChapStick, and more than one person thanked him for 'speaking up.'
'Bro, believe it or not, what you did right there took a lot of courage, and it's a blessing to know that they're still good people in this world,' wrote a TikTok user.
Another TikToker wrote: 'I work retail, and whenever I see any opened boxes for beverages, ChapSticks, snacks, I always throw them in the trash.'

Others recalled their previous shopping experiences of watching customers return used items to the shelves at Walmart and Walgreens.
A few users also trashed the ChapStick user and her husband, and one person called the couple 'entitled shoppers.'
'I know she is going to do it again, but be more discreet next time because people like that are disgusting,' wrote a TikToker.
