Scottie Scheffler is in line to bag another $8million as his remarkable 2024 season reaches even greater heights.
The world No 1 is set to win the Comcast Business Tour Top 10, which rewards the highest-ranked golfers at the end of the FedExCup Regular Season.
Scheffler currently leads the standings from Xander Schauffele, with the winner taking home $8m - double last year's top prize of $4m, which was won by Jon Rahm.
The American recently added Olympic gold to his collection and this bonus will take Scheffler's earnings for the 2024 season to $36,148,691 in 2024.
Scheffler's bank account will continue to swell, with the FedEx St. Jude Championship and BMW Championship still to come. Both tournaments offer a top purse of $20m.

Then comes the Tour Championship, which offers the FedEx Cup prize of $25m from an overall bonus pool of $100m.
The Player Impact Program, meanwhile, rewards those players who make the biggest commercial difference to the PGA Tour - via tickets and sponsorships, for example - with Rory McIlroy taking the $15m top prize in 2023.
Scheffler has enjoyed remarkable dominance over his rivals in recent months. The world No 1 has amassed six victories and 14 top-10 finishes in only 16 PGA Tour events this season.
Back in April, he won The Masters during an incredible run of four victories - and one second-place finish - in five tournaments.
Scheffler continued his fine season with victory at the 2024 Olympics in Paris earlier this month. He has earned nearly twice as much as Schauffele, who sits second in the PGA Tour money list on $15,867,160.
