A Michigan judge has gone viral again after a profanity-ridden courtroom meltdown from a suspect saw him hand out over a year in prison for contempt of court.
Defendant Darrell Lester Jarrell had appeared before Judge J. Cedric Simpson, with Washtenaw County, on Wednesday as part of a pre-trial hearing for trespassing.
With Jarrell only having a P.O. box as his means of communication, Simpson offered to move his date back to allow him time to talk to his attorney.
Despite the judge offering him extra time, Jarrell was angered by the prospect of the case being dragged out, saying: 'I'm ready to leave this state as soon as possible.'
He continued: 'What's the hold up? It's trespassing. I can technically leave and you guys can issue a warrant as long I don't return, you can kiss my ass.'

Visibly angered by the random outburst, Simpson then responds: 'No. No. No. You don't come up in here.'
He is cut short by Jarrell who then tells the judge: 'F*** you', and then continues to do so a further five times.

Hilariously, Simpson then continues: 'That's another 93 days. That's another 93', as Jarrell continues his outburst.
By the end of it, Jarrell had been issued with a total of 558 days in prison for his outburst.
The next case up involved Keith Jenkins who watched the whole scene unfold via Zoom, with a stunned look on his face and his mouth wide open.

Simpson hit headlines earlier this year after another exchange with a defendant, who had a suspended license, appeared via Zoom while behind the wheel of a car.
Corey Harris told the court: 'Actually, I'm pulling into my doctor's office. So just give me one second…I'm parking right now.'
The footage from the Zoom call shows the legal teams in court standing in shock, while those at the back of the room do their best to contain their laughter.
The judge, bewildered and bemused, then asked if Harris was stationary, to which he replied, 'just give me a second.'
In an attempt to lessen Harris's inevitable citation, his public defender requested an adjournment for 'possibly up to four weeks if the court would allow.'
It later emerged at another court appearance that Harris never had a driving license to begin with
But Simpson said, astonished: 'Okay, so maybe I don't understand something. This is a driving while license suspended [case], and he was just driving, and he didn't have a license.'
'That is correct your honor,' the public defender admitted in defeat. 'I don't even know why he would do that,' the judge replied.
'Defendant's bond is revoked in this matter,' he declared. 'The defendant is to turn himself into the Washtenaw County Jail by 6pm today.'
'Oh my God,' Harris replied, shocked that they would deliver a verdict that fast without hearing his side of the argument.
