Late construction-staffing mogul Joseph Wesley and his wife, Kimberly, paid around $20 million to develop the suburban Cleveland estate.
Joseph, the 63-year-old founder of Ohio-based Tradesmen International, passed away in 2021.
While Kimberly did not respond to a request for comment from the WSJ, Waters said that she is currently building a new home.
