Outraged witnesses screamed and chased a woman as she fled the scene with her dog after it savagely mauled a puppy to death.
The owners of the deceased Maltipoo, Andrea Jadgeo and AJ Tay, said the woman's large dog came 'out of nowhere' without a leash when it attacked on Second Beach in British Columbia, Canada on Monday afternoon.
Footage of the attack showed horrified beachgoers attempt to separate the two dogs as children wailed in horror, as AJ told CTV his efforts to pry the larger dog's jaws open 'literally didn't even move.'
When the larger dog finally released its victim, the owner ran away from the scene and was followed by witnesses.
They recorded her on the phones while ordering her to 'get the f*** back here.'
Shamefully, the killer dog's owner did not comply.
Andrea and AJ's dog, named Sky, was pronounced dead at a veterinarian, and they are now calling for the owner to come forward and take responsibility.

Owners AJ Tay and Andrea Jagdao said their family has been left 'devastated' by the loss of their beloved dog, as they called for the owner to turn herself in
Jagdeo said she, AJ and their children were enjoying their afternoon on the beach and walking Sky when the tragedy struck.
'This large dog literally out of nowhere, off-leash, came bolting between my daughter and myself,' she told CTV News.
Witness Harmony Hemmelgarn filmed the chaotic scene as passersby struggled to help, as she described the moment as 'absolutely horrific.'
'The large dog had the little dog's entire abdomen in its jaw.'
Jagdeo said her beloved pet was only freed when a witness began kicking the larger dog, and she and AJ were seen running with Sky in their arms as a good Samaritan drove them to a veterinarian.
'I was screaming with her that I love her, just stay with us,' she added.

As they raced to the vet, other witnesses chased the owner of the larger dog as she ran away from the horrific scene.
Hemmelgarn, one of those who ran after the owner, called their behavior 'extremely disrespectful', and said she is 'responsible for the dog's behavior.'
AJ called for the woman to 'turn yourself in', and branded her fleeing the scene as a 'big coward move.'
The parents said they were particularly disturbed by the number of children, including their own, that had to see the puppy being torn and mauled to death.
'No one should ever have to see that,' Jagdeo said. 'They saw things that they shouldn’t ever have to see, and to see it with our own little girl, it’s heart-wrenching.'
Although it is not always illegal for dog owners to remain at the scene of a dog attack, animal lawyer Victoria Shroff told CTV that the possible punishments vary significantly.
'It's possible that people could face anywhere from a city bylaw fine, all the way up to criminal charges,' she said. 'And everything in between, as well as a civil lawsuit for damages.'

Sky's heartbroken owners said the loss of their beloved pet has 'broken all of us... no one deserves to feel that'
Following the vicious, fatal attack on Sky, Tay said there 'needs to be harsher regulations on this.'
'There needs to be more done on people who own these dogs, to go through some type of training,' he said.
Jagdeo argued that 'charged should be laid' against the dog's owner, adding: 'She made a choice. She made a decision to take that dog off the leash. She made the choice and consequences need to happen to her.'
Vancouver Police says it has opened an investigation into the incident along with Vancouver Animal Services, but at the time of writing the dog's owner had not come forward.
