A former employee of YouTuber Mr Beast has accused him of knowingly hiring a registered sex offender just weeks after his co-host Ava Kris Tyson was forced to quit amid 'grooming' allegations.

This comes weeks after a slew of allegations of racism and sexually inappropriate remarks against Mr Beast.

In an interview with YouTuber DogPack404, former MrBeast employee Jake Weddle made a new allegation against the YouTube star - whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson - accusing him of knowingly hiring a sex offender during his time there. These allegations, however, have nothing to do with former co-host Tyson.

'Well, there was a known sex offender, a registered sex offender, convicted sex offender on the registry and everything, who worked there,' Weddle said in the clip, but did not reveal the identity of the person.

According to Weddle, MrBeast, who has an estimated net-worth of $700 million, knew about the person's alleged history of doing 'not great stuff to some underage people', and added that MrBeast 'covered up the fact' that he worked there by making him wear masks in his videos.

However, Weddle said that the person, who no longer works for MrBeast's YouTube channel, was internally referred to as 'Delaware'.

Since the interview, social media users have been trying to identify the person. Jake Franklin, who is also a former MrBeast employee took to X to confirm that the person was his brother-in-law.

'Here's the Truth. Yes Delaware is my Brother-In-Law. Yes he is a RSO. When he was 21, a 16 year old girl accused him and others of SA when she was 11. Delaware took a Plea Deal. That's why there was no jail time, but he still had to register,' Franklin said.

He added that the the incident happened in 2010, and that Delaware wasn't hired by MrBeast until 2017/2018.

'He was hired before I was, and was actually the reason I got hired at MrBeast,' Franklin explained

He also noted that Delaware 'sat down with Jimmy and Sue (Jimmy's mom) and explained to them everything. So yes, Kimmy knew.'

He added that Delaware was supposed to be a behind the scenes manager, but had been asked to partake in a few videos when people were needed.

Franklin also noted that Delaware had been reluctant to partake in the videos, hence why he was masked.

DogPack404's YouTube presence only emerged in mid-June and his videos have focused exclusively on exposes targeting MrBeast.

The streamer's first expose, which dropped in July, accused his ex-boss of hosting 'illegal lotteries' to generate false engagement traffic to goose his viral standing.

But his new interview with Weddle took a darker turn.

'There was a known sex offender, a registered sex offender, convicted sex offender on the registry and everything, who worked there,' Weddle told DogPack404.

Late last week, a confidential memo obtained by the Associated Press revealed that MrBeast had ordered a full assessment of the internal culture within his YouTube empire.

The memo also announced an internal investigation into 'allegations of inappropriate behavior by people in the company.'

'As your leader, I take responsibility, and I am committed to continue to improve and evolve my leadership style,' MrBeast wrote to staff.

'I recognize that I also need to create a culture that makes all our employees feel safe and allows them to do their best work.'

MrBeast's memo said he has hired white-shoe law firm Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan to investigate Tyson.

Over the last few weeks MrBeast has come under scrutiny following a series of allegations against him and his channel.

Last month,  Tyson left the popular YouTube channel which boasts over 300 million subscribers, after addressing claims she had an 'inappropriate' relationship with a child, and apologized to 'those who feel betrayed'.

She added she didn't want the accusations to impacts the people who worked at MrBeast 'which is why I have stepped away'.

Tyson is alleged to have sent risque messages to a minor whom she first met when the person was 13 and she was 20.

The pair were allegedly introduced after the child won an online competition.

At that time, Tyson was known to YouTube fans as 'Chris' because she had not yet transitioned her gender identity.

Tyson - who has a son with her ex-wife - is said to have spent years communicating with the fan on public online forums before meeting in person when the teen turned 16 years old.

The fan, who is now an adult, says they are not a victim and has defended Tyson but has admitted some of the messages were 'inappropriate' and 'edgy'.

Since the relationship was revealed in a series of expose-style videos and clips, several controversial posts by Tyson have resurfaced.

Just a few days after Tyson's departure, MrBeast was hit with accusations of racism and sexually inappropriate remarks after old videos resurfaced on social media.

In one of the videos, which X users allege were recorded in 2017, the YouTube star, responds to fan comments that appear to be about selling Black people.

The other includes an excerpt from his appearance on the raunchy Hot Wet Soup podcast during which he seemingly asks the show's hosts if they would have sex with the 'Cash Me Ousside girl', better known today as Bhad Bhabie.

The rapper was roughly 14 years old at the time the interview was conducting, meaning Donaldson was around the age of 19.
