A bus driver was caught on camera pummeling a passenger and putting him in a chokehold after the commuter apparently made a vile bodily fluid attack on him.
Video posted online shows a bus driver in Newark, New Jersey confronting the passenger face-to-face on August 16 at around 1pm after the passenger apparently spit on the bus operator, who has since been identified as Toron Walker, 43.
'You want to spit?' Walker could be heard asking the man, before taunting him.
'See me right now, see me right now,' the driver says.
At that point, the unidentified passenger requests to take the altercation outside - and the driver agrees, waving the other commuters to the back of the bus and telling everyone to 'get off my bus.'

The driver then sprang into action, putting the passenger in a headlock and throwing punches.
'I will motherf***ing kill you,' he could be heard telling the commuter.
'You got me f***ed up.'
He then proceeds to stomp on the commuter, who could be seen cowering in fetal position under a shelf for suitcases.
Meanwhile, at least one other passenger - whose commute was unexpectedly delayed by the knock-down fight - could be heard telling the driver to stop.
'It's OK, it's OK,' she pleaded.

Officers eventually boarded the bus, which was stopped near Court Street and Broad Street, and found Walker still pummeling the passenger, Newark Public Safety Director Fritz Frage told the New York Post.
He said Walker was then cuffed and charged with aggravated assault, and the straphanger was also charged with aggravated assault for allegedly spitting on the driver.
The passenger did not suffer any life-threatening injuries, Frage noted.

'We don’t condone any form of assault aboard any of our vehicles or within our facilities,' the spokesperson said, confirming that the driver 'was assaulted prior to the altercation.
'We want to take this opportunity to remind everyone that assaulting a transit employee is a serious offense and can result in a fine, jail time and/or a ban from riding the transit system.'
