A family's gender reveal has been branded the 'weirdest ever' after they staged a fight between two adult-sized 'babies'. 

Seval, 25, and her husband Yasin from Germany opted for a very unusual method to tell their loved ones that they were expecting a baby boy. 

The happy couple married in June 2022 before honeymooning in the Maldives, and are now preparing to welcome a son.  

In a TikTok video that has gained more than 10 million views on Sev's account @sev.love1, two adults dressed as giant babies with cartoon heads began 'fighting' each other at a family party. 

The bizarre spectacle showed the babies repeatedly throwing punches while Beyonce's Halo played in the background.

Sev and Yasin themselves remained relatively uninvolved as they watched the fight unfold while standing beneath a canopy of balloons. 

The 'boy' baby, dressed in a blue outfit, then pushed the baby girl in pink to the ground, before running towards the parents in victory. 

The baby gave the mother a big hug, while a blue confetti cannon was let off to announce the couple were having a boy. 

Viewers were left speechless after watching the 30-second clip and were torn between finding it hilarious and very strange. 

They also noted that Sev had spoiled the outcome of the gender reveal in the caption by using the hashtag #itsaboy.

As strange as the gender reveal was, it appeared to go off without a hitch. 

Last week another gender reveal went viral for all the wrong reasons - after the baby's grandmother accidentally let off her confetti cannon too early. 

Gender reveals seem to have become more and more elaborate in recent years and often end in upset - if the result is revealed at the wrong time, or sometimes if the parents aren't happy.
