Ice Spice has finally responded to accusations that she took Ozempic to achieve her slimmer frame.
The 25-year-old rapper - born Isis Gaston - had been at the center of plenty of speculation as she has had appeared to be more slender in her more recent public appearances and social media posts.
She chatted with her fans on X Spaces who complimented her physique in her latest social media post as she responded: 'I actually came on here to talk about that real quick.
'Cuz I was like, b****, I wish y’all never learned the word Ozempic. That’s one thing I wish.'
Ice went on to say she doesn't even know about the highly-popular Type II diabetes drug used by many celebrities.

She continued: 'Oh my God! Like what even is Ozempic? What the f–k is that? Genuinely, what is that?'
The Princess Diana hitmaker did not hold back as she explained the reason behind her weight loss was due to training and touring.
Ice explained: 'Like, you lazy b***es never heard of the gym? It’s called the gym, it’s called eating healthy, it’s called being on tour.
'Like, what the hell? Maybe if I was sitting home all f***ing day, it’ll be easier to stay big.'
Earlier this month the rapper's slimmed-down figure sparked Ozempic rumors.
The rapper posted a series of snaps earlier this month where she showed off her trim waist in a number of looks.
One particular selfie caught the attention of fans. In the snap the Munch hitmaker — born Isis Naija Gaston — had a noticeably smaller waist.
The photo showed her in a black hoodie and workout leggings posing sideways in front of a mirror. 'I'm a baddie like f**k how u feel,' she captioned the post.

There were also fans who thought Ice edited the photo.

She's been sharing her healthy routine while embarking on her Y2K! world tour, which kicked off in Denmark on July fourth.
Last month Ice appeared on Rolling Stone's cover, and inside the issue she addressed a range of topics including her purported Nicki Minaj feud, beef with Latto, and her upcoming debut album.
The Bronx native — who recently released a song with Central Cee called Did It First — told writer Jeff Ihaza: 'When people ask me, "Oh, how do you deal with the hate?" I don't give a sh** because I won, bro. I win at life.
'I can only just be grateful for people talking sh**, for people supporting me. Everything that comes with the territory, I can only be grateful for.'

As for her relationship with fellow New York native Minaj — with whom she collaborated on the song Barbie World for last year's Barbie movie soundtrack — Ice said: 'We don't have the closest relationship, you know? But we're definitely good.'
It comes after earlier this year a former friend of Spice's leaked messages in which she labeled the rapper 'delusional' and 'ungrateful' over frustrations regarding contract negotiations.
Her debut album Y2K! came out on July 26.
She announced her debut full-length project in late January, sharing the title with her millions of online followers.
'I definitely wanted to branch out more and try different sounds, and it was also just really natural, too,' she told RS about the release.
'I’d get in the studio and just really say the first thing that comes to mind. A lot of these beats are still drill beats, but we’re using a lot of trap elements, too, to spice it up,' she noted.
