Porn star Sophia Leone's cause of death revealed

Porn star Sophia Leone's tragic death has reportedly been ruled an accidental overdose.

The 26-year-old adult film star was found unresponsive inside her apartment in March, prompting revelations from her mother that she'd struggled with suicidal thoughts and bouts of heavy drinking in the past.

But police in Albuquerque, New Mexico, have reportedly told TMZ that toxicology reports have confirmed Leone suffered an accidental overdose.

Leone was allegedly scouted by an agent while attending a music festival in Miami and after some research decided to join the industry

It is not clear what substances were involved.

Leone's death was confirmed by her stepfather Mike Romero via GoFundMe, where he described her as a loving friend to those who knew her. 

'Sophia was found unresponsive in her apartment home on March 1, 2024 by her family,' he wrote. 

The Latina actress reportedly began her career before she turned 20 and had a net worth of over a million dollars.
