Boxing legend Mike Tyson bizarrely confused Tommy Fury's split with Molly-Mae Hague for a story about his brother Tyson having a drug problem.
Molly-Mae, who first met Tommy on the hit reality TV show Love Island in 2019, revealed the bombshell news of their break-up last week, with claims since surfacing that the boxer cheated on her after being spotted 'brazenly kissing a blonde woman' on a boozy night out during his trip to North Macedonia.
Tommy, who shares daughter Bambi, 20 months, with the former Love Islander, has denied any cheating claims and has said he is 'horrified' by the 'false allegations'.
He admitted he was 'heartbroken' after Molly-Mae broke news of their split in a statement which began: 'Never in a million years did I ever think I'd have to write this'.
In the buildup to Tyson's fight with Jake Paul, the 58-year-old appeared on Logan Paul's podcast 'Impaulsive' and was asked how he felt about the celebrity couple parting ways.

When asked by Paul's co-host Mike Majlak about the 'Fury and Molly-Mae break-up', he stunningly confused the Love Island star with his older brother Tyson.
'No one knows the pain, no one knows the pain of the heavyweight champion when he's alone,' Tyson said.
'I saw him falling down in the street, Tyson Fury, and stuff. We beat ourselves up. We torment ourselves ... you guys are going to tell me something?'
Attempting to clarify, Paul quickly interjected: 'It was actually his brother, his little brother Tommy. The one that Jake Paul fought. He broke up with Molly.'
'Who the f*** is Molly?' Tyson exclaimed, as laughter began to erupt on the set. 'I'm thinking about getting high. I'm in the drug phase of my life.'
Paul went on to explain that Tommy was Tyson Fury's brother and that he had been in a relationship with Molly-Mae for five years until very recently.
'I look at Molly - that's a narcotic. Are you serious, man... stop f***ing with me?' Iron Mike continued.
'No, it's sad, we're all very sad,' Paul replied, somewhat sarcastically.
Tyson Fury has previously gone public about his battle with addiction and mental health issues.
In an interview with Rolling Stone magazine in 2016, he admitted he had been snorting cocaine, drinking daily and getting 'as fat as a pig'.
'I couldn't put into words what I went through,' Fury also told Joe Rogan during an appearance on his podcast. 'I didn't care about nothing… I just wanted to die'.
But the former heavyweight champion conquered his demons to become one of the greatest boxers on the planet - and will fight again for the unification crown when he faces Usyk in their rematch in December.
Mike Tyson and Logan's brother Jake were scheduled to fight in July before the former heavyweight champion was forced to withdraw from the contest with major health issues.
The bout has since been rescheduled for November 15 at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
The card will be streamed globally on Netflix as the first live boxing event on the platform.
Logan Paul and co-host Mike Majlak burst into laughter after Tyson's hilarious reaction
Tommy and Tyson's father John Fury eerily predicted his son's future with Molly-Mae with a brutal swipe about her 'not being a wife' two years ago.
The former professional boxer, 59, seemingly foresaw the end of the couple's romance as he made a remark about them not being married.
During an episode of the family's Netflix show, At Home With The Furys - which was filmed in the summer of 2022 while Molly-Mae was still pregnant with daughter Bambi - the influencer was seen approaching John to tell him she'd learnt some traveller lingo to impress him.
Speaking to his son's then girlfriend, John said: 'It’s a boxer’s life, it’s a boxer’s wife', to which Molly-Mae replied: 'Not a wife yet, one day!'
John then made a savage dig about Molly-Mae's relationship status as he quipped: 'If you’re not now, in the condition you’re in, you’re never gonna be, are ya?' before the pair then both laughed at him comment.
Last October, John claimed that Mike Tyson is the only man who could get him to return to the ring, but insisted it would take 'big boy money' for him to agree to a fight against the boxing icon.
'There's only one man I'm interested in - there's no one else. If it's not Mike Tyson, I'm not interested,' he told Mail Sport ahead of his eldest son's win over Francis Ngannou last year.
'I'd fight him at the drop of a hat and he knows it. I'm not going to keep banging on about it. Maybe he just doesn't want the game anymore. Fighting's my life. I'll fight anyone but there's no one else out there for me is there?'
For now, Iron Mike is focusing on his bout with Paul, a fight which many fans have criticised given the 31-year age gap between the boxers.

Tyson will face Jake Paul in Netflix's first live boxing event on November 15 in Arlington, Texas
At their pre-fight press conference in New York this week, Paul and Tyson engaged in a heated exchange, with the 27-year-old YouTuber disclosing that the former world heavyweight champion requested eight rounds of two minutes each.
In what became something of a farcical shoving match between the pair, Tyson urged he is in good physical form for the fight in November and threatened Paul with the words: 'Be in shape, be in good shape because your health depends on it.'
