A megachurch pastor's jaw-dropping 24-acre 'parsonage' compound has hit the market for $15m in Simone Biles' Texas hometown.
The jaw-dropping $15 million compound features six separate houses spread across 24 acres in the Houston suburb of Spring, Texas.
The estate is being sold by the New Light Christian Center Church, having previously been home to the megachurch's founder, Bishop IV Hilliard, My San Antonio reported.
Called a 'parsonage' by Hilliard, the sprawling property has been tax-exempt, despite featuring a main mansion that the listing describes as 'magazine worthy.'

In 2021, Malachi Johnson, the attorney for New Light, told the Chronicle that 'Apostle Hilliard occupies only a portion' of the residence and that the 'primary use' of the property justified its tax exemption.
The 24 acre property boasts a resort style pool with cabanas, 30 bedrooms, 31 baths and 5 half baths, and over 40,000 SF of living space.
