A member of the Texas Democratic Delegation was robbed at gunpoint during the party's national convention, according to a report.
The victim, 25, was walking in downtown Chicago at 2 a.m. CT on Wednesday morning during the DNC when a dark blue Land Rover Discovery pulled up alongside and armed men in ski masks got out.
The attackers also took the delegate's room keys, then crossed the street to rob someone else.
The men were armed with handguns and threatened to kill the victims as they handed over their cell phones and wallets, according to Chicago police.
The suspects are believed to have been involved in a string of robberies across the city, DailyMail.com has confirmed.

On Day 3 of the convention there were nine shootings in Chicago, according to the city's police department.
There were 10 victims and one died on Wednesday.
On Tuesday there were five shootings with 12 victims, including one death.

Another eight shootings, which led to four fatalities, took place on Monday.
The weekend before the convention saw 26 shootings with 30 total victims, including five deaths.
On Monday, Chicago Police Department Superintendent Larry Snelling said: 'Our officers are out there, they're out there, they're highly visible.
'And we have officers not only along the corridors downtown, in and around the venues of the Democratic National Convention, but also in our neighborhoods to continue to protect our people who are living in areas that are the most vulnerable.
'Our officers are protecting the entire city.'
